tyrone has an opinion deal with it nah he’s asking what do you mean by beautiful, not what anime are beautiful. I would personally say the art of animation allows us to create things we could only dream of seeing in real life. No other medium would be able to show so many seamless angles and colors of just falling and make it as uniquely beautiful
@@tyronehasanopiniondealwith3703 You said:"anime still has a unique and beautiful" and he's asking "A unique and beautiful what?" because you didn't finish your sentence.
I know that this might be funny to some people and tbh I don't really care, but when I say that this video right here got me through a tough time in my life I'm not joking. I've watched anime for a good while and I've paid attention to animation specifically, but this vid was my invitation to the world of sakuga MADs. The musical taste of this guy is astounding. It fits every MAD he does. It's not blasting like rap or hip hop, nor is it too slow. Its just calming, that's the best way I can describe it. When I see the various characters in this vid flying, along with the musical choices, it gives me the message of breaking free of your chains, soaring to new heights, relishing in your freedom, going with the wind. It was through this channel I found my favorite anime of all time, Eureka Seven. Thanks Hobbes Sakuga, definitely one of the few channels I'm actually proud of being subscribed to.
amazing song selection on this one -- there's something so fitting about the relaxed beat on the second one, not to mention the atmosphere on the first track
You're litterally the only youtuber I use my notification bell for. Everytime you upload something i just jump straight to my biggest monitor, turn the volume on max and drink my favorite cola. Time is allways well spend and I always have 1-2 new songs I can add to my spotify playlist.
there's a lot of things i'd do if we ever got time travel and showing compilations like this to the first people to animate and showing them what amazing things exist because of their pioneering hard work is definitely one of them.
The chorus of the first song unlocked some sort of memory for me. I swear there's some animated movie out there that has a song that has those same kind of vibes as the chorus during a similar sort of "flying" scene. Or maybe I'm just crazy.
My dream is to one day fly like a bird, so flight/flying sequence in animation gives me such joy. I love it when characters fly, fall and glide, it's trully beautiful. A beautiful reflection of our world in it's beauty❤️
I'm sooooo happy you used On Your Mark! 😆 that's an unknown classic I could see something from Patema Inverted fitting in here too 🤗 (Like when she and Age fell into the sky)
Wow, I'm speechless, the colorful and eye-catching imagery with of course some good ol' Frou Frou. You have a great taste in music, and your use of the scenes is just amazing. This video can easily take your breath away. Wonderful work
There's something so timeless about the hayao miyazaki titles, for example the spirited away bits in this video hold up so well with the passage of time, thr animation looks so polished and top notch that if someone told me it came out in 2019 i'd believe them. This is really the mark of an incredible director and amazing animation talents because all the frames are perfect and the timing is so on point for each and every one of them. It's truly amazing how even without cg background, they managed to create sakuga, in a way that is maybe even more natural than todays, where every sakuga sequence is some battle or/and flashy explosions, i love to see extremely good animation even during scenes like haku and chihiro falling through the chimney. It's so refreshing coming from a work that's almost 20 years old now.
I'm glad I subscribe to you , you make amazing amv's your musical taste is out of this world as well I found myself looking up every band that you use in your amv's unless I already have them

It strikes me that most of these video clips are of falling, submitting to gravity, with only the illusion of free flight. Very few feature actual flight, much less the joy of free flight. That kid dodging traffic on swan-back comes to mind, also the other kid and his giant eagle friend from The Rescuers. Maybe it's just the choices that happened to be made. Still, I couldn't help but think of -- and wish for -- something like Spider-Man swinging from one Manhattan rooftop to another, or Superman soaring into space to meet the sunrise.
I really REALLY appreciate the fact that not only do you include the name of the song and from where the work comes from, but the specific Artist that worked on these work. Im new to this channel, but I hit that subscribe button. I will be back!;)
