Another way to raise income is by allowing citizens to pay their services bills such as water,electricity,school fees ,health services.Agriculture is the only promising sector which can reduce unemployment rate and creates job opportunity by exporting. Lastly but not the least criminals should not be feed for free.Criminal offences charge such as drink and drive should be increased and other criminals activities on bail penalties.
I agree with you on the matter of Eskom. Investing in windmills, solar panels, are far more reliable, especially for a windy, and sunny country like South Africa. It is also true, that far too many South Africans drink alcohol. When I was young, I also thought that drinking beer, wine, etc. meant that I was civilized, or whatever, but at the age of 50 I just stopped drinking alcohol, and I have much more money for myself. I also feel better, and can clearly see that those who drink are in fact not so civil when they are drunk, and they always need a few cents.
