Where have you been all my life? I discovered your video by accident today and took it for a test drive, and by golly I can do this. The instructions, pace and mix is perfect for me. Since it's my first day I had to pause a few times to catch my breath, but I got right back to it. I can finally put the bands I ordered 2 years ago to work before they dry rot. Just did your workout what a blessing. I’m 62 years young and needed to get back to exercise but due to new diagnosis of osteoarthritis in the knee and issues with my ankle non-bearing exercises is my new normal. Thanks for the sweat session.

I woke up with finding a beginner’s exercise video on my mind! It’s not even a New Year thing but a “Better Me” thing. I scrolled through so many videos & instinctively knew that this was the one for me! I had planned to do about 15 minutes of exercise this morning and 15 minutes this evening. It was so engaging & motivating that I didn’t even watch the clock & exercised till the end! I’m already looking forward to my next session!
I really enjoy these work outs! I'm a senior who is recovering from Covid. It's taken me a long time to get back my strength and endurance, but these workouts help and I'm determined!
You are amazing Curtis I don´t understand who dislikes it, but I can tell you ! you are the first trainer I have found that I feel I can follow and actually be able to do the the exercises. This was my first attempt at chair exercise. I have bad knees and this was something I could do without too much discomfort. I like the combo, sitting and standing, and I like Curtis' encouragement throughout this workout. I know I was working alone from a recording, but it made me smile when Curtis said I was doing great. I sought this out because a friend's doctor recommended something like it. I couldn't remember the website she gave me, but I'm glad I found this one.
You’ve taught me so well, Curtis, that I feel I now need a more challenging standing workout. I am lucky enough to have done a lot of exercise before I was 60, and I think I’m still reasonably strong! I don’t think I could run a marathon anymore like I did in my 50s, but still I would like your help with this matter. I go to your videos first, as I feel you do a really great job! I am so glad I found your channel On February of 2020 I had heart valves put in as well as having other medical issues I'm a 57 obese woman. when I was admitted into the hospital I was weighing 360 and as of today I'm 294lbs it has been hard for me to do any kind of cardio workouts because of Corona -19 I 've been quarantined in my house since I been out the hospital so I noticed that my strength wasn't getting strong or better and I was limited to doing anything due to the fact that I'm using a walker I went on Amazon and bought a sitting elliptical and a rowing elliptical for my upper body, but still wasn't getting the strength that I need it Knowing that I needed more cardio to exercise the heart muscle then I found you 😇 With all that being said I preferred sitting down cardio exercises Thank you for hearing my heart keep up the good work and I will be following you as you teach millions how to stay healthy I became Bliss subscriber today to your channel 👍 so I started searching and came across your channel and when I tell you I'm so glad that I found you you're an angelI was looking for cardio as well as sitting exercises until I'm able to do the more advanced workouts
