    I have not excercised in a long time, I am 65 years old. Your workouts have turned me into a Curtis Adams workout junkie. Thank you for giving me the incentive to get healthy. I have also lost 11 pounds in 2 months. It’s a start.

    Where have you been all my life? I discovered your video by accident today and took it for a test drive, and by golly I can do this. The instructions, pace and mix is perfect for me. Since it's my first day I had to pause a few times to catch my breath, but I got right back to it. I can finally put the bands I ordered 2 years ago to work before they dry rot. Thanks Curtis you're awesome!!

    Cutis Adams, I have just started you beginners senior chair exercise I love it. my goal is complete body exercise and you deliver. I have physical problems that keeps me from standing for long periods of time. The chair exercises is great. I want to lose lbs. so I hope this help to accomplish my goals.     Just did your workout what a blessing. I’m 62 years young and needed to get back to exercise but due to new diagnosis of osteoarthritis in the knee and issues with my ankle non-bearing exercises is my new normal. Thanks for the sweat session.

    I woke up with finding a beginner’s exercise video on my mind! It’s not even a New Year thing but a “Better Me” thing. I scrolled through so many videos & instinctively knew that this was the one for me! I had planned to do about 15 minutes of exercise this morning and 15 minutes this evening. It was so engaging & motivating that I didn’t even watch the clock & exercised till the end! I’m already looking forward to my next session!

    You are amazing Curtis I don´t understand who dislikes it, but I can tell you ! you are the first trainer I have found that I feel I can follow and actually be able to do the the exercises. I´m not a senior yet, I´m 41, but I have Multiple Epiphyseal Dysplasia and this exercises are a really awesome way to start training. I feel so happy!!! Thank you!!

    This was my first attempt at chair exercise. I have bad knees and this was something I could do without too much discomfort. I like the combo, sitting and standing, and I like Curtis' encouragement throughout this workout. I know I was working alone from a recording, but it made me smile when Curtis said I was doing great. I sought this out because a friend's doctor recommended something like it. I couldn't remember the website she gave me, but I'm glad I found this one.

    You’ve taught me so well, Curtis, that I feel I now need a more challenging standing workout. I am lucky enough to have done a lot of exercise before I was 60, and I think I’m still reasonably strong! I don’t think I could run a marathon anymore like I did in my 50s, but still I would like your help with this matter. I go to your videos first, as I feel you do a really great job!     Hi Curtis! I had been going to chair exercise for a few years before the pandemic hit. And after culling through options online, I found your wonderful videos!     I have just completed a pulmunary physical therapy. My doctor suggested that continue with the therapy. I found your site and found that it was doable. I subscribed and will continue to work with you. Please add some resistance training with the bands. My doctor suggested cardio and weights. Thank you.

    I am so glad I found your channel
    On February of 2020 I had heart valves put in as well as having other medical issues I'm a 57 obese woman. when I was admitted into the hospital I was weighing 360 and as of today I'm 294lbs it has been hard for me to do any kind of cardio workouts because of Corona -19 I 've been quarantined in my house since I been out the hospital so I noticed that my strength wasn't getting strong or better and I was limited to doing anything due to the fact that I'm using a walker I went on Amazon and bought a sitting elliptical and a rowing elliptical for my upper body, but still wasn't getting the strength that I need it
    Knowing that I needed more cardio to exercise the heart muscle then I found you 😇
    With all that being said I preferred sitting down cardio exercises

    I wrote you recently and you recommended this workout and it was perfect for me - a little tough but I made it! Thank you so much. Even with neuropathic feet I feel my balance improving due to my core getting stronger. I didn't realize that would help!

    Love the 747 exercise because it's hard for me to do. LOL.. That makes it a challenge for me to conquer. Also love both sitting and standing exercises, as it allows me to use whichever one my body is able to do that day. You provide it all ! I love you! Thanks so much for what you give.
