It is highly laughable to say that the judiciary is the least dangerous branch. Without any accountability to the public in general and tax paying people/voters in particular, the judiciary is undoubtedly the most unreliable part of our constitution. By its majority judgements it has done great harm to the country resulting in reversing its own judgements many times. Because if it's unaccountable status to audits, CAG, it has never felt guilty of keeping lakhs of pending cases and crores of pending cases in other courts. Collegium has given licence to practice bias, illegality in judges appointments.
