I have no words, this collection is stunning! 😍 I told myself I don’t need anymore planners, but I want that big horizontal for a gratitude journal. They really nailed this collection, it’s right up my alley with all the watercolor 🤩
I grabbed the whole collection! I’ve been reading tarot over 25 years… when I saw the Stargazer be happy box, I had to get it, bc I needed a new journal system for just all of my journaling needs, be it tarot, or signs, or dreams etc etc. but then I saw the stargazer and this one, and that they were both vertical planners!!!! And I couldn’t make a decision! Soooo I got both! And I figure with my stargazer notes, I’ll just Frankenplan! Go big or go home I figured
It does match moonchild but it also matches countless other decks I use!! I even blew up some of my favorite cards, and scanned them so I can print them on card stock, laminate them, and make my own happy planners! Like I used to. Then I changed my journaling/planning system entirely, but I’m now back to disc bound, and have all the stuff for it so it’s just a matter of spending a small fortune on the extras!!! But I have a hole punch that gets thru tin! So I can make my own covers again like I used to. I can take your favorite tarot cards and make them back and front covers for you.
I was thinking I needed a mini horizontal for my faith planner in July. But seeing this pre-view I might just go with a big from this line. The colors just nailed it.
I love what you said about the stars and how God made them! I love the Cosmic Watercolor design, I just wish they wouldn’t have it be so much about magic.
@@thejoyfulsojourn yes!!! And you can do cool things in horizontal with stickers too, if you literally “think outside the box”. ;) What do you like this release for classic vertical?
Alcohol ink art is very popular in paper crafting right now- reminds me of that! Are there any planners for crafting projects? Like the monthly planners ?? See very few of these ( the ones with month undated no weeks no day pages )
I’ll have to go back and see if there’s a monthly layout in this release! I can’t remember…but as far as craft projects/themed planners, the fall release had a sewing planner and the miss maker planner (checklist layout).
Looking for advice!!! I’m relatively new to Happy Planning specifically. I set up my frankenplanner for 2022 and love it. I will need a business planner starting in the summer so was going to get the Work + Life planner and that will work perfectly. However I’m also loving some of the new 18 month planners. I don’t have any need for the inserts through the end of 2022. But I also don’t want to miss out on some of these designs and can start my 2023 planner with the remaining 12 months. Is it worth it to spend the money now to get a couple of these planners so I can keep them for 2023 even though I know I won’t use six months’ worth of pages? I feel bad wasting and also wasn’t planning to spend more money. But on the other hand, it seems like the designs can be pretty different between the spring and winter releases and maybe the releases for winter 2023 won’t have these same designs. Do you tend to see repeating designs?
Oh friend, this is always my dilemma too! And I bet a lot of our friends out here have similar questions (ya'll chime in with your thoughts if you have any advice)! First and foremost, budget. If you really don't have or want to spend the extra money right now, don't do it. Don't let FOMO put you in debt. Second, with the 18 month planners, I DO think they're worth picking up on sale if you're only planning to use 12 months if you really like the layout and design. Keep in mind that the 18 month planners are more expensive because they're bigger, so ideally I could get the price to reflect that I'm only using 12 months worth. That means identifying my dream planner and waiting patiently for it to go on sale or clearance. Which shouldn't be a problem if you're not planning to use it for a while! You just have to hope you can find it a little after the release, which can be easy/hard depending on where you live and what stores carry the item. Which one do you have your eyes on and have you checked to see if it's at THP, Joann, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc?? Third, it's a mixed bag when it comes to "repeating designs"...we can see both 'refreshed' and 'updated' designs that did well and were very popular, as well as brand new ones. There's no way of knowing what the next few releases will be. So it really comes down to how much you LOOOOVE and think you'll continue to looooove the design of the planner. All that to say....for someone who is budget conscious like myself, I personally would wait for it to go on sale and then buy it. I am a frankenplanner as well, so I love having a variety of styles and layouts in my collection to pick and pull from. And I don't mind re-dating old or not-started-yet planners. So I'd ultimately get it, but be patient for a price I feel comfortable with.
@@thejoyfulsojourn Thank you SO much ☺️☺️ - I so appreciate you responding and with so much thoughtfulness!! This is my first time with a HP launch so I have no idea how quickly things sell out and if they do, if HP brings them back. I’m completely fine waiting and also prefer a sale!! In fact for my frankenplanner, most if not all, items were bought at discounted rates as I was late to the game! :) I’m eyeing the cosmic watercolor classic planner and botanicals classic planner, basically, so they aren’t the cheapest. I can afford it (definitely agree that it’s not a good idea to go into debt foe it) but I’d rather pay it at a sale price since I won’t need it for a while! My main concern was missing out completely if they just sell out, but, that might be a risk worth taking. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience!!
@@nk47100 Happy to help! The two you've identified will be on the Happy Planner website, as well as Michaels, Joann, and Hobby Lobby, so I think you'll have plenty of options to find them even if you wait a little bit! (provided you're in the U.S.??)
@@thejoyfulsojourn Awesome. Yes, I’m in the US. I decided to go ahead with just the work + life line items I wanted as that’ll have an immediate (as in July, which is when I’ll come back from leave so good timing) use and I was looking to build up my business planner anyway. And I will wait on the other items. That feels better to me as I really did not want to spend the extra $$ now and can use those funds in better ways right now! Oh and I did use your affiliate link :) Thanks!
@@nk47100 I think that sounds like an excellent strategy!! I bet you'll be able to find the planners later if you really want them, and they'll be more affordable! YAY thanks for using my link!!!

Yes they totally nailed it with the colors, and I LOVE the big horizontal for journaling even though I don’t typically go for Big!!
@@thejoyfulsojourn I’ve only had 2 big planners ever, they’re not my favorite, but I think it would be okay for journaling 😊
Totally grabbing some things from this collection for my tarot/spiritual journal. It's so lovely and mystical and it matched my moonchild tarot
The colors of this line are stunning!!
