I am a pianist and love Villa- Lobos as a composer . I must confess I like his guitar work more than his pianosolo works. He was a guitarist and to me he put his soul in these works. His piano pieces are more aimed at effect. But thats my opinion. You play with a lot of soul. Really beautiful. And yes: I totally understand the "pfff" at the end, haha! @@martenfalk9680 Julian Bream is my hero too.. I've never heard any guitarist able to express what was on his mind musically through his instrument like him.. I met him once in 1986 at the Sorø Academy in Denmark where he held a masterclass.. a great experience to witness his deep knowledge of the music he played.. John Williams is technically perfect but Bream played with his heart and laboured his way through the pieces with extreme concentration.. the greatest of all time in my opinion.. but again.. I take my hat off to your playing and technique..

Stort tack Tobias! Jag har under perioder haft etyderna 1, 2 och 7 som daglig övning. Men det är olika beroende på vilken repertoar jag övar in för tillfället. Just nu håller jag på att öva in ett liknande stycke där alla teknikarter finns med så nu räcker det med det stycket (planeras till nästa RUclips-video).
I've enjoyed exploring Villa-Lobos guitar works lately and all are great but I find yours the most expressive and by far my favorite.
