This starter deck is what got my into this game and its excellent. Played it through the core set campaign with some success. After changing it a bit im now playing through the Fellowship of the Ring campaign paired with the elf starter deck.
Such great products!
Another nice thing about We Are Not Idle is it draws a card. So for 0 cost it cycles itself and essentially thins your deck by 3 cards. So even if you don’t use it to add any resources it’s worth including

@@NelsonAllOverCards yeah it basically became an auto include for awhile when it came out cause it was still sometimes hard to find 50 cards you really really wanted. Better to have 47!

The are only 2 copies of Zigil Miner in this deck.
FFG spared me, otherwise I would have instantly mined up the entire deck, I like this mechanic so much.

You mentioned that unexpected courage works great on Dain, but is unexpected courage in the same sphere as Dain?
It’s not, but you can use one of your spirit heroes to pay for it! Then you can attach it to a hero from any sphere!
@@NelsonAllOverCards sorry, new player here! Just ordered the deck and then found your video! I like the sound of that combo, but I'd have to get a spirit hero in the deck to do that?

That would be the most straightforward way to do it - you could also do it with “Narvis Belt” to give your hero the spirit class to be able to play unexpected courage!
