I don't get why he's doing the first move that dynamically. If you see Daniel's ascent in comparison, he's using a side crimp to get to the second edge, seems way safer. Anyway, awesome boulder!
Power, you'll see diminishing returns fairly quickly in terms of strength to weight ratio the more you intentionally lose weight. Common misconception is that all climbers are just tiny twigs, the reality is that they are unbelievably strong, and especially in bouldering need some big muscles to execute explosive moves at the highest level.
