Does anyone know if the warrior full cut carrier take standard sapi plates, and standard balcs cut soft armor.?

can you show how to don the armor? the fold under front flap with the hook and loop makes it very difficult to put on and cinch the front flap down because the hooks hook onto my shirt. can you show how to put it on without that?
