Nice to see I'm not the only one who kitbashes things this way.
You've done a great job, and I think the engine sizes are perfect, just that right level of ridiculous and powerful.

Kitbashing is definitely my favourite part of the hobby, there is something to be said for the theory of bigger is better 😂

I wasn’t sure where I was going with it when I started but in the end I think it’s gone that way, it certainly fits into the evolution of my bloat drones as the one I kitbashed the other week has some of the core components.

Not sure what you'd proxy it as, but I love the idea of the original non corrupted pattern of the bloat drones. I could also see painting it up for either a Dusk Raiders(which it is very close to) or a clean Death Guard army.

I’m going to be using it as an armiger to ally with my space marines, same armaments and base size.

This looks fantastic! And very inspirational, I wanted to make some imperial drones and wasn't sure how.
I considered using plague drones but thay seemed a lot never considered arrivals, also gives me inspiration to look at some other things similarly for inspiration! Thank you.

Glad you like the work! I was initially looking at the same thing using plague drones but it didn’t quite fit, this worked well although expensive if you didn’t want the marine flyer that gave the engines in a different army.

@adamshobbystuff yea trying to find way to reduce the cost. Also need to find twists to make similar idea feel and look my own. Looking into other models bits to see what comes to mind.
