Okay, PSA to Newbie Chargers. Just because you can’t aim well or you’re doing badly at first, don’t give up! Use the practice range to your advantage in the act of warming up or just practicing aiming. I don’t suggest using Ranked until you are confident in your ability. It’s not gonna be easy to get use to Charger but I think it’s very worth it. PSA to all other players who are peers of Newbie Charger. I know the Charger players might mess up but when they do something like getting a good splat, cheer em on with Booyahs! Also try your best to protect these players if you can sometimes, just have their back if they get cornered or something. Kindness goes a long way.
I will also add to your great PSA for Newbie Chargers that should you find yourself in a bind, don't forget your Sub Weapons! Most Sub Weapons are a great deterrent if any enemy team members are getting too close for comfort for you. And remember, you always have the ability Super Jump back to spawn point when things get REALLY messy for you. If you have good, supportive teammates, they should distract the enemy team while you compose yourself!

But I just kept going in multiplayer, and I got a lot better, now I can’t not use it because of how satisfying a made shot is! To all newbie chargers - don’t give up, you’ll get there. Even I’m still learning what I can do to get better!
I remember a turf wars match where, despite me being terrible with a charger and only getting 1 or 2 kills and inking a pretty small amount of turf, I contributed a lot to our team winning the game. I found a really good position that gave me coverage over the entire central area, and I was spamming shots at anyone who got within range. Most of them missed, but that suppressing fire alone was enough to scare the enemy team from advancing to the center.

*I hope they make a video about ability chunks and how they effect your character.* *How many of the same chunks can I use before they max out? *For example, can I have 12 speed chunks and move super fast? *If the max is 4, do the same chunks have to be on the same piece of clothing or can I separate them between my entire set, does it make a difference?

I really like the chargers but I’m terrible with them in battle. Like, so terrible I can cause my team to lose. I wish there was another way I could practice w/o bringing my team down. Any tips? (Single player is great but predictable. Multi player is where I need the practice.)
Joycie Johnson I recommend using the normal charger and practice A LOT in turf war. The good thing about the charger is that you have bombs to defend yourself in close distance. Apart from that, practice aiming in the place for practice or watch more tutorials. Good luck!

Not anymore. The Splatchargers are viable weapons again with the buffs. They are solid high tiers in the current meta. Only the E-Liters and Squiffers are very underpowered.
In Splat 1, we weren't as privileged. I learned Splat Chargers in multiplayer through blood, sweat, and tears. And now charger is the funnest weapon to use for me.

Here's a tip Nintendo. Add custom button mapping the to game already wtf. Jumping and aiming is trash in games set up this way. I don't play it because of that.

Chargers: arguably one of the most difficult weapons to play with at a decent level but one of (if not the most) satisfying weapons to master
