Thank you, this video was exactly what I needed.
Glad it was helpful and thank you for the feedback!
Thoughts on using Airdrop as well to your mac?
Hey - Airdrop is definitely an option. I didn't include it because it is not practical to airdrop hundreds of photos. Its great for sharing a few photos that you need in a pinch on your computer. But tracking and making sure large quantities of photos/videos airdrop properly is a pain! Thanks so much for watching!
Cheers!

Great video! I am having an issue. Whenever I try using image capture it doesn’t show all of my photos, it only shows 1,320 of my 4,057 photos. What do I do for it to show all of them?
Hi there - Your phone is most likely optimized. Go to Photos Settings and make sure Optimize iPhone Storage is not checked. You want to Download and Keep Originals if you have enough room on your phone. Hoping this helps!
Cheers!

@@Pixologie it still unfortunately only shows the 1320 photos
Okay Sebastian - Here's a couple of ideas:
Go to www.icloud.com and download them from online. OR
Turn on iCloud photos on your Mac and then your photos should populiate into the Photos App on your Mac
Contact Apple Support - just call your local store and select options for technical support.
I'm sorry I can't be more help!

No advantage over a PC and Android phone, which do the same job with Onedrive.
Hi there - OneDrive definitely is a solution for PC and Android phones. Sometimes our clients have a syncing problem due to changes in phones, logins, etc. It's great if you keep up on making sure photos are transferring as expected. Thanks for commenting!
Cheers!
