I answer some of the early comments, have dinner, do some washing & cleaning etc... and I'm in bed by the time the majority of comments come in. Have you considered allowing paid memberships for your channel? I think it's great that you keep the channel free for everyone. But if there wouldn't be any benefits for members like early access to videos, there would be no pressure, no subcriber would be "better" than another, everyone would still be equal, but everyone who wants to contribute a little could do that and you wouldn't need the sponsorships anymore?
As someone who lost my mom when I was 17, the caring, motherly energy of this is more than welcoming. Even us mothers sometimes need a mothers comfort.
Yeah BetterHelp just got sued for giving out mental health information to third parties. I say everyone would benefit from therapy, someone to talk to. I myself struggle with crippling panic and anxiety. But i would distance myself from BetterHelp. Thank you again for your videos.
Thank you for being kind. Emma certainly deserves every kindness for all that she does with her channel. It's such a shame that companies with poor business practices like Better Help can potentially do damage to content creators as well, merely by being associated. It's definitely a good issue to bring awareness to, but I hope Emma knows just how much she's appreciated, even with all the negativity surrounding Better Help right now.
At this point, I think all creators know that BH is horrible. I just can't find excuses for content creators who still accept sponsorships from them... it's disappointing😢 Mickey Atkins has made some videos on them and she digs deep into the whole thing
Legit they were fined and discovered in US court to be have used unlicensed people posing as licensed psychologists/psychiatrists/therapists and selling people's information. Who knows what other things they've done if they recorded video sessions.

A great pdf for times of stress is “doing what matters” from the world health organisation. Some might need a therapist but if looking for self help, it’s a good start.
I know that I’m not going to be the only person in these comments who says this, but thank God for Emma and her videos. I use her various videos nightly to help me sleep 🛌

Disappointing to see you promoting Better Health's marketing over content when a cursory check on what you're promoting is easily accessible. Perhaps you've been fortunate? For example: "The American online therapy platform whose advertising is now ubiquitous in the UK, was roundly critiqued in an article which questioned its recruitment process, pay structures and lack of support staff to ensure client safety."
Upsetting to see this comment so far down, Better help is very shady and engages in unsavoury practices, which is bad as is, but their audience is especially vulnerable people...
There were tons of US creators promoting it in 2020 & a big scandal came out when it was leaked they were paying creators $1k or more for every person who signed up thru their link. Pretty much being paid off of people's misery. I've seen creators & YT as a platform pushing it again, so I figure maybe their recruiting practice has changed? Either way, I don't think any kind of crisis or therapy company should pay creators to push their service. It seems slimy.
Emma always comes across as a very considerate person and wonderful Asmrtist so she should consider issuing an apology as it might have been an honest mistake - lack of knowledge

This one is epigenetics but it’s only magnesium chloride and easily available or you can make it yourself with magnesium flakes and distilled water. It’s often called Magnesium oil I believe
I definitely wouldn’t work with better health in the future. They’re known to be extremely unprofessional and predatory when it comes to their practices.
I’m really shocked that more people aren’t talking about the BetterHelp sponsorship. I never in a thousand though Emma would publicly support such a vile company.
I think she promoted it because she used it herself and found it helpful. She wouldn't intentionally promote something so many of her followers are against on purpose.
