Was feeling nostalgic so decided to watch all the PeanutButterGamer hacking videos! Thanks for watching. :) Go to strms.net/hellofresh_peebs use my code PEEBSAPR10 & receive 10 free meals + free dessert for life while subscription is active.
Storytime: In middle school i was watching the Mario 64 hacking video because it funny. Someone noticed and told me that they liked PBG videos too! This person also just so happened to be my crush! Now 7 years later were dating and we still watch your videos together. Thanks for that, Peebs! 👍
WAIT NO WAY I HAVE A SUPER SIMILAR STORY!!!! Me and my partner became friends in 6th grade because we both liked nintendo. We started talking and pbg came up day 1 of meeting, so we ended up watching his vids together on the bus after school. We've been dating for over a year now :)
Best part of people getting mad because "Vinny did it first" is that Vinny just would've been happy that Corruptions/Hacking was getting the attention it deserved.
The Super Mario 3D World Hacking video is by far one of my favorite PBG videos. The songs and jokes are top notch in that one! I always find myself more drawn to the offbeat, surreal sort of humor, like in that video and in the Mario Bros Super Show #3 video, the Weird Dreams video, etc. The segment with the teacup and "good show, good show!" building up before suddenly hard cutting to a silent room with a dark window and PBG just sitting there, then static interspersing with messed-up Mario clips like it's some analog horror fever dream... I just love that stuff! It's not in every PBG video, but when it does show up, it's always a treat
These hacking videos were classics as soon as they were made, I still think of your “riding dirty” and Gusty Garden parodies whenever I hear the original songs lol. Nice to revisit these heh
Man, this brought me back! I remember watching that old Mario 64 Hacking video over and over when I was in middle school! I still go back to them sometimes and they still make me laugh. I would love to see one of these for the Zelda Hacking videos.
Man I really grew up on those videos. The 3D World one was always my favorite, so honestly it was really nice to hear it was your favorite to make too. I'd been thinking about all those older videos a lot lately. When I first watched those when the 3D World video came out I was in my first year of middle school. Now I'm going into my first year of college. Those videos really were some of my favorites ever when I was younger. I'm pretty sure I rewatched them all like 20 times, especially with the 3D World one which I would sometimes watch multiple times in the same day. I showed them to like all of my family who would let me too. Those were good times. I watched a lot of your channel after that, and my second favorite series was the wipeout videos. I liked those a lot. Anyways, thanks for making this video, and all of those in the past, Peebs. Your content really staked a place in my childhood and in my life recently when I started watching videos on this channel.
You make fun of your old 'aaaah that's not how the game's supposed to be!' jokes, but the one you did in BEN Drowned that goes 'that is not a normal!' wedged its way into my vocabulary for life, and is my go-to echolalia response for something striking me as concerning or odd.
Omg I love your Moomintroll poster at 37:00!! It took me by surprise, seeing it on your wall! My grandmother is from Finland and my family collects Moomin mugs. And thank you for this video! I would love to see a Zelda reaction video next, my favorite ever is the Wind Waker hacking!
I really like it when you watch through a bunch of your old videos, it’s always fun hearing stories about any behind the scenes making of them. I love your work man!
man, i just 100% completed mario galaxy yesterday and so often i thought of the galaxy hacking video, specifically the giant head mario part. it kept playing in my head
Bro... You have no idea how bad I miss these videos. I watched durring the og intro vids and i always loved your editing and the comedy. It inspires me to this day as i sloppily scrap together videos of my own (not on this channel & will not plug them). Im so glad that your still making content. Im a texas native, and you and a couple of the other texas creators always had such a specific feel that i connect with.
Those old videos, mostly the Zelda ones, have remained in my head rent free for almost a decade. You, along with YTP, have influenced my humor majorly. The "I won! I'm done!" from your CDI videos still pops into my head whenever a friend proclaims they won in a game. Your dumb little song lyrics about your 3DS Nintendogs version of Namira (apologies if I did not spell that correctly) still are implanted into my mind whenever I hear that Punch Out major circuit track. I am glad you're still around making videos so many years later, PBG.
I remember watching this video when it first came out (it was honestly probably one of the first 'new' videos I'd watched of yours since becoming a fan), and for some reason I couldn't understand what you said during the 'Cannibal' bit. I always thought you were saying something like "kibble" and was just saying something random to be funny. Anyways, I'm really glad you seem to still love making these videos all these years later. I watched your stuff all the time when I was younger and it really shaped my love for games and my sense of humor in general. It's always a joy to pop back into your channels every now and then.
Speaking of the hacking video, sometime last week, I used a snippet of the third _Wii Sports Resort_ one *(which is actually one of my favorites by the way)* where you were singing a parody of the Beach Boys song “Surfin’ U.S.A.”. I even gave you credit for it.
I always wondered how you were able to get all of these glitches and crazy events in the game. Its crazy to know that you had to code them into the game. Props to you Peebs👏
5:08 What!!? The betrayal, the deception!! One of my best friends in highschool was named Timothee and he and I would always watch and talk about your videos!
I don’t watch you all the time anymore. But these videos were a great part of my childhood. Now I’m in my 20s and love to see that you’re still killing it. Keep it up PBG!
A wonderful video! I love hearing about your processes in video making. I'd be very excited to watch one on all the Zelda games as well. ^w^ Hope you're doing super well!
hey pbg thanks for continuing to make videos, these videos mean so much to me and its really just awesome seeing you keep on making videos. My favorite series was definitely the death road to canada one with space hamster, good times.
Man, I remember all of these videos coming out! It really is nostalgic looking back on these videos. Peebs has been a wonderful part of my life, growing up through today!
I love these videos because it's like a "behind the scenes" look at how these got made. I've always wondered what the story behind the making of these was and I'd love to see more!
used to watch these constantly. I wasn't and still am not able to play most of these games because I don't have the right consoles and don't know how to emulate... I was obsessed with how weird things could get. the contents, editing style, humour and even the pacing inspired a lot of stories and comics I draw. feeling sick right now but this is making my day better. thanks!
I love watching you rewatch your videos. I really love your content, even the old stuff you think can be cringey! It’s so fun to revisit these videos, and so fun to watch you revisit them too! This was a great video :)
I really love hearing your thought and creation process in these videos. Really adds some new perspective for these videos I've watched since I was younger.
growing up I watched both the hacking series and corruption stockpile, videos about corrupting games were my favourites and I had more than enough content to scratch that itch thanks to vinny and peebs
I remember showing my dad the mario 64 one when the video was still pretty new, was one of the first videos I remember of yours- really fun seeing you look back on it tbh
I gotta say, I find it really heartwarming when a creator/artist looks back with such genuine fondness on their old work. It's all too easy to be critical of your own creative endeavors, but you've got such a good positive attitude while still acknowledging the failures and growth points. Thank you for brightening our day, PBG! ✨
So, way back when I was doing video game journalism I wrote an article about what RUclips personalities I'd love to have a meal with. For you I said that I'd love to smoke weed and eat White Castle while watching random stuff and just watching what random shit you do. I love your random songs, your random segments, the shit like "Let's put on a costume for five minutes based on the thinnest of reasons!" it's all so great.
Late to the video but I first found your channel through the Mario 64 hacking video, back in middle school. I loved it so much that the song got stuck in my head that day when I went out to a restaurant with my dad and brother lmao Been watching your channel(s) ever since, you’re the only channel I feel fine with playing out loud on my phone speaker lmao
It’s been a while since I watched these. It was SUPER cool to rewatch them with you (or at least a video of your reaction lol) They aged kind of poorly, but I still love them anyway :3
So crazy to think I’ve been watching your videos for coming up on 10 years now. From middle school all the way to my early adulthood, I’ve watched PBG videos :)
I found you almost 9 years ago now and i remember binging all your old videos and ocarina of time and mario 64 hacking were by far my favorites. I still think about sexy luigi and oot rapping regularly.
These videos have a lasting legacy for sure. For example, as a middle schooler I didn’t know what to do for an art project so I drew “Mario but he’s 5 balls with flashing trousers and he has no head”
I feel the nostalgia coming to me rewatching those corruptions video with you! If I remember correctly I followed you with the Mario 64 hacking video and I loved each and everyone one of them! 💙
Peebs: "I never even knew a Timothy. I had an hamster named Timothy as a kid. Now i know peanut butter gamer didn't know my hamster personally, just thought i mentioned it. I named him that because it sounded fancy to me, while still sounding hamstery.

The nostalgia is so real rn, oh my gosh 😭 a part 2 with your Zelda hacking videos would be amazing, those have been my favorites of yours since day one and was actually how I discovered your channel back in, like, 2012 or 13 😆
the mention of Mario Chaos reminded me that I actually watched the finale a couple days ago and I'm so happy that PBG was able to beat it after so long! I don't know if he used version 4.0 at all but apparently 3.0 has a bunch of annoying codes and 4.0 gets rid of some of those
I'm 99% sure that the solid ground you describe at 39:09 is a parallel universe (essentially, the function that checks whether Mario is interacting with a floor or ceiling functions at a much smaller range of coordinates than the total field of position coordinates, so if you go far enough outside the level boundaries, your coordinates for the purposes of geometry detection wrap around but your actual position doesn't, so it's like you're on an invisible copy of the level an immense distance away from the actual level).
third time i'm commenting on this video in the span of watching it lol but really thank you for making a video reacting to your old mario hacking videos. you were my absolute favorite youtuber to watch growing up and your hacking videos were my favorite thing evar... thank you for still making videos after 10+ years lol
Let's face it. Peebs found the magic touch with this genre. 😊 he found a way to not only hit my nostalgia button consistently, but also make hilarious content while doing it. My 3 year old has been obsessed with his videos, and continues to sing many of his songs. 😂 You can always count on peebs for awesome passion projects. 👏
8:43 I have an old recording of me horribly singing the candy bar song from the SM64 hacking video that I found on my friend's 3DS, I didn't even get the lyrics right : (
Was feeling nostalgic so decided to watch all the PeanutButterGamer hacking videos! Thanks for watching. :)

That's really smart
i can't wait to watch this in a bit, i'm also nostalgic of these videos
Btw,do you have any idea for the first arthur video in this year?
Pbg remake the luigi song, people would die for it.
OK, I was not expecting the old 8-bit outro you used to do for ur old videos to return. That was so nostalgic for me. :)
Storytime: In middle school i was watching the Mario 64 hacking video because it funny. Someone noticed and told me that they liked PBG videos too! This person also just so happened to be my crush! Now 7 years later were dating and we still watch your videos together. Thanks for that, Peebs! 👍

That's actually awesome
It's happy your middle school relationship lasted so long, those thing usually end pretty quick
thats nice:)

better than feeling heroin
You should see a doctor
Even in my bingus 🗿
suppose you can say you can feel it pulse inside you???
@@Looong_Dog:(
Best part of people getting mad because "Vinny did it first" is that Vinny just would've been happy that Corruptions/Hacking was getting the attention it deserved.
The fact that somebody expanded upon your Sexy Luigi song really shows how much longevity certain jokes can have.
LUIGI YOU'RE SO FREAKING SEXY!!!
A 40 minute reaction video of a really nostalgic RUclips series by the series creator?? HELL YEAH
The Super Mario 3D World Hacking video is by far one of my favorite PBG videos. The songs and jokes are top notch in that one! I always find myself more drawn to the offbeat, surreal sort of humor, like in that video and in the Mario Bros Super Show #3 video, the Weird Dreams video, etc.

peebs: is there even a song in (mario galaxy hacking)
sexy luigi: I LIVE INSIDE YOU FOREVER
He has ruined the original song for me. Whenever I hear that melody, I just hear “Luigi I just want to touch you”
@@MonobrobeSame lol. And like every RUclipsr and streamer uses it as backing music so I'm routinely reminded of sexy Luigi.
@@Monobrobe Same for me, but it's not ruined. The original song is so much better now
When he said that I was like, "he's gonna feel like such a moron" 😂
There has GOT to be a Zelda version of this. Wind Waker hacking is a religiously annual watch for me, personally
4:39 I KNEW I recognized that squee!!! XD Thanks Fluttershy for blessing this world with that sound.
These hacking videos were classics as soon as they were made, I still think of your “riding dirty” and Gusty Garden parodies whenever I hear the original songs lol. Nice to revisit these heh
yoshi, shows up, drains all of your health, refuses to elaborate, leaves
When you showed the upload dates for every video I felt SO OLD. I still refuse to accept that the 3D world video was 7 years ago and not 2 years ago
If you think that's bad, imagine being old enough to have watched PBG on ScrewAttack 😂🤣😭
I forgot how freaking funny the Mario 3D World title screen bit was, I almost died laughing.
27:01
What a beautiful duet!
Watch out here comes Mario, he's going for a ride...
BA BA BUM
used to watch all the hacking videos when i was sick as a kid, where did the time go dudeee 😭
I remember watching the very first Super Mario 64 hacking video for the first time, and it’s definitely one of my most favorites from the PBG channel!
The nostalgia is wild
