I think Adam was the perfect fit for the band! He captures Freddie’s heart and soul so well, but also doesn’t try to imitate him. He brings his own flair to the music, keeping it alive!
If I could only listen to one artist for the rest of my life it would be Adam without a second thought. He is so versatile, and his voice touches something in my soul. ❤

He dedicated this to the victims of the shootings at The Pulse nightclub in Orlando Florida and when he sang Ordinary World on The Voice finale as a promo for his new album he dedicated the performance to the victims of the shootings in Colorado Springs. It's a beautiful performance. He recently performed Chandelier on the finale of AGT and to say it was jaw dropping is an understatement. His new album High Drama is really great and he's done a phenomenal job of making each cover song his own. There's a RUclips video of his one off performance at Koko in London to introduce the songs and album. He's his fun nerdy self and so much fun to watch... especially when he rips his pants lol! His cover of West Coast is even more fantastic live as is Sex on Fire.

Brain May and Roger Taylor said in an interview they had never heard it sang like that before it was special. Easy to see why Brian x Roger wanted him as a frontman for Queen. Brian May said Adam was a gift from God,but me a gift from Freddie both amazing voices born to be on stage.Been a fan since Idol in 2009 and a Queen fan since my late teens. Hi there! If you'd like to hear the original source of Queen's guitarist Brian May's sound, you need to check out the legendary Rory Gallagher. Rory's fans include Brian, Slash, the Edge, and Mick Jagger wanted him to join the Stones when Mick Taylor left. However, Rory preferred to forge his own path and he continued on his solo career, never bowing to the politics and media and never releasing a single. Try checking out "I Wonder Who" from the 1984 performance at Ulster Hall in Belfast for a sample of this blues master's skills.
Do you have any proof for your claim? How do you know this Rory didn’t see Brian perform with Smile and copy him?
@@sasha07775 , if you care to look, Brian did an interview (which you can find on RUclips) talking about how Rory was an idol of his and that he graciously took the time to show Brian and his friends his entire guitar/amp set up. Here's an excerpt: "What helped me was Rory Gallagher. I went to see Rory Gallagher at the Marquee. Oh my god. And we went time after time, I think every Thursday night he was at the Marquee, and we all used to go, me and my mates, and the sound was just incredible.
"He's a wonderful performer, and I actually stowed away when they closed the Marquee one night, we hid in the toilets until everyone had been thrown out, and we came out, we talked to Rory.
"We said, 'Can you tell us how you got that sound?' And he was the sweetest guy, he was just the nicest guy.
"So he said, 'You know what is this beautiful little amplifier? This is the Vox AC30, nothing sounds like this, and my guitar, this is part of me. And in between, there's this little box, this little Rangemaster treble booster, and that boosts the signal, so it drives this amplifier to the point where it really sings.'
"And I thought, 'That's what I need.' The day after, off we went down Water Street, and I bought two AC30s for 30 pounds each I think, which was a lot of money in those days.
"It was second-hand AC30s, and I found this little Rangemaster treble booster, and to this day, that's my sound, it's the same thing. We've changed a few things around, but that's my sound, and it does sing, it gives me my voice."
I thought you were referring to the sound Brian produces with his guitar, not the sound system. Actually, your comment makes even less sense now considering this video is basically only talking about Adam’s performance here. I don’t believe Brian May’s was ever even mentioned here. 🤷🏻♀️
