  • It reminds me of a hot soup on a chilly day.
    The ingredients are very simple and easy to make.
    Because it is mild, it is good for children to eat, and it is also very good for people with weak stomach.

    [Ingredients for Soft Tofu Egg Soup]
    1 bag of soft tofu (350g)
    1-2 eggs
    half wave
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    A little salt (if spicy)
    Pepper (to taste)
    If you have it at home, you can add shredded zucchini and carrots to your liking.
    - Broth Ingredients:
    1 liter of water
    Half anchovy, half dried shrimp, 1 kelp 5cm
    or 1 pack of broth
    [How to make Sundubu Soup]
    1. Make broth by adding broth ingredients to 1 liter of water.
    2. Add soft tofu and green onion to the seasoned broth.
    3. When it boils, add 1 Tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic.
    (If it is bland, add soy sauce and salt to your liking.)
    (Add chilli and pepper according to your taste.)
    4. Add the beaten eggs and boil for a while to complete.
