These are the same things people should be doing to avoid a cold and flu, but if it isn't regularly practiced, that's why I feel like a lot of people aren't as clean as a they could be to prevent picking up the cold or flu. This new virus has gotten tons more people around the world to make all of the basic prevention steps a normal regular thing for them. It's nice to see that you aren't doing anything to risk yourself getting sick.
