I know this is 2 years late, but on Stacker, it did not skip you. if you pause it at exactly 23:33, You can see that it was infact lit up. I had to slowly move it forward to see if it skipped you or not. sometimes its just bad timing. lol.

correction, Japan is arcade heaven. they have so many locations its hard to choose which to visit first. arcades these days are few and far between atleast in Quebec/Montreal. its down to 1 single location in Montreal at this point and its not including those in bars and theaters... 1573 tickets huh?
