Thank you for all the support!
I would say blaster or 400ex. Great vids man!
400ex
400ex
Ltz400
You deserve a massive house on 100 acres, if I win lotto I’ll get one for you bro. !
I have one and it is a beast on the trails! It's got torque, reverse, electric start, the 1st gear is perfect, and I love it. They're awesome quads.
Someone get this man a medal
Nothing better than smoking a blunt and watching some 2 vintage lol

If ever a one way bearing is out you can always replace just replace the sprag to save a little money. Keep up the great content. I’ve been learning a lot from you.
Never change 2vintage. Keep up the great work.
I picked up a warrior a couple months back I only got to ride it once now it won’t start I’m glad I found your channel.
Warriors have a clip on the back by the tail light that is known to pop out try push it in see if it starts then if that’s it zip tie it really easy fix if that’s the problem if not there are a bunch more little stupid things that’s easy to fix just gotta check 1 by 1 it’s usually that clip tho
@@fright_nike09 Thank you sir I will look into it right now
I have the same quad an in the process of my first rebuild on a four stroke myself thanks for going in the engine at just the right time
I want one of these! I have a blaster now that im fixing up. I hope this is a great upgrade
Dude you make fixing bikes look so easy
I try to be fair as I can but this channel was the final straw. I installed an ad blocker because enough is enough.
That's identical to my parts bike colors and all. Still has good motor in it. Parts o plenty.
The Honda 350 sure looks good sitting in that garage. You should do a some more riding footage on that old Honda. Also, you should look for an old Suzuki 230 quad sport. Those were fun little machines back in the day.
lt230?? Sheesh haven’t heard about those in a minute
Thank you so much for all your time and effort to show us man. It’s a big help for the atv community!!!
Engine looks nice inside (besides for the shredded bit). Enjoy watching you master mechanics
I love your vids man. The sound when you start the machine is from the clutch of the starter
Always buy the best tools you can afford! My dad’s advice from my younger years
I had a 99 warrior for a couple years that I spent quality time with in the garage and on the trail! I might get another some day. I liked it but I needed a 4x4 so a kodiak it is!
Thise warriors all have a tick to them its dont matter if uts brandnew they still tick !!! Also the Yamaha warrior is dang near bullet proof they run forever !!! Keep up the content
Very true, after cleaning the carb on mine 2 years ago, it hasnt had any problems
Mine still runs since 1996. All i did was a stage 1 hit cam, open box k@N air filter yoshi rs3 exhaust ambush tires has a new chain. I put the parts on 2015 rode twice sat till last year. Put seafoam to clean carb and runs great still
Ticks even more with a cam.
Not true mine is quiet as a mouse
@@johnscovel3170 never had heard a warrior that didnt tick I have owned several over the years purchased a couple new when they came out for my sons and they TICKED ALSO
Good job fixing it up but I think the head is kinda wore out I’ve had warriors and they don’t tick that loud, keep it up buddy!
You should check and make sure it has good oil pressure, that chewed up plastic would easily clog and ruin the oil pump if there was anything small enough to get to it
Nice. You could black tape a extra wire running along the outside of the wiring harness for the neutral safety light. Just by pass what is there. Starter is weak like you said. Works good enough though.
Love that you mention the prices of tools you buy
it sounds great ive owned a couple of these they were pretty reliable a little under powered but fun trail quad
under powered? shit they probably needed rebuilding...im 200 lbs mine is a 2003 with hmf pipe and jetting.....thing goes anywhere.
@@logansportpilotrp8174 compared to most there captain obouvis they are under powered im bigger then you owned 2 of them great trail quad n reliable but there no hot rod
(sorry for my bad english) hi @ 2vintage I think it's a bit late for this question, hope you can help me, I have a warrior 350, and 3-4 years ago it stopped working when it reached a high temperature, unfortunately a bad mechanic replaced the original CDI for a generic one, forcing him to change the position and length of the metal strip on the flywheel, then my dad saw that the original CDI was great and the real problem was the "" main coil "" or the stator I bought a new one, installed it, everything great except the metal strip on the flywheel so we tried to fix the timing and make it stock but it was impossible, we changed a lot of things, even a very good Mechanic who prepares cars for racing and repairs quads tried to repair it, clearly he could and the warrior ran perfectly, even better because he left it a little bit too much advanced (spicy but problematic), and now, after another 3 years, the warrior has the same problem, he cannot start. easily due to **counterfires*? (like trying to start in reverse) so I don't know if you can find a photo of the original flywheel, or any help because I really like that warrior and I don't want to give up.
From already thank you very much
Happy 2022
I just bought one of these. I got a 400ex I was told this is faster than the ex or my blaster. I don't have the 350 running yet waiting for a cab in the mail I already replaced the starter clutch. You should use copper coat spray on all your gaskets that stuff is amazing
for the neutral and reverse lights i replaced the bulbs and i replaced the cdi as well and that worked for me
What are you doing with that antique grease gun. Milwaukee m12 grease gun is what you need Joe
Making me consider one of these for a trail machine. Nice work.
Run a good clean brake in and do an oil change great job!.
I don’t comment much on videos but your stuff is pretty good. I like how thorough you are explaining stuff. I have 2 dirtbikes and 2 atv’s so im always tinkering.. Do you keep most of these bikes or sell them when your done?
The slight ticking that you’re hearing might have to with the starter. I have an old sportsman that I did the starter on when it quit and right before it quit i was getting a super weird ticking like grinding type of deal a lot like what the warrior sounds like.
Did u check the nutral bulb?
I have owned a lot of warriors over the years and some ticked and some did not. The ticking in your video is definitely not normal though.
Your timing chain tensioner is probably bad or not set properly.
that slight tick sounds like the header needs to be snugged up to the head or its exhaust gasket is wore out. as always nice job and keep on wrenching
I love this channel been here for a while i watch all ur videos
Hey man that neutral light went out on me too ...its an easy fix....on side of transmission, left side when sitting on it, there is a green wire, take it off the post and clean that post up...mine was all white with scaling, anyway an easy fix for that neutral light.
i can confirm with my 95 warrior that it has that tick.
Warriors are known for ticking valves and stuff
YOU got 95 of them !!?? WOW thats just greedy lol
350 big bears do it too
@@timwilkinson2797 1995
@@timwilkinson2797 I wish I had 95 of them XD
Almost at 200k subs let’s gooooo!!!
A good 400ex or good warrior does not tick the tick is harmless usually just camshaft and rockers
Fantastic job thank you 🙏 how many people you have inspired to do just the same as.....👌🍀🏴
Chain doesn’t physically stretch the rollers in the links lose diameter giving you a loose chain. That’s why the sprocket wears also because of the rollers in the chain
from my experience those gaskets sets are not very great i usually go with oem if i can
I would have painted that pipe before putting back on, but great job!
Hey, I love your vids! You do great work! Keep it up!!
My parts warrior out back is the exact same bike right down to colors.
Yamaha Warrior 350 vs honda trx 400 ex vs honda trx 250 . Race them 🔥🔥💪
+ blaster
@@mixxedboyybuilds8273 good ideia man race the blaster too
@@davidinacio2704 2 stroke vs 4 stoke, Yamaha vs Honda, all arguably comparable quads
Definitely needs that one way bearing trying to turn it by hand is not the same as trying to spin crank against compression. Not trolling man just hate for you to buy starter and it not fix problem
The starter sounds like a powerwheels
Looks good, does your brake light work?
Do u have videos on replacing brake shoes on a LT 250 .2000 suzuki quad?more so fitting the drum back on
Nice job, change the starter it’s bad
Miss my 2001 identical colors etc. wish I’d never sold it. If you ever wanna get rid of it lmk.
would you ever consider getting a kx500 or cr500?
Yes I've been looking for some
Great videos bro. Hope I see more on the yfz450. 🤙
never thought i’d see the day you bought a tube of yamabond😀
AMAH is actually a pretty cool name for it
Καλό απόγευμα από Ελλάδα Πελοπόννησο Αίγιο Αχαΐας Αιγιαλείας , Good evening from Greece peloponnese island town Aegio great content quality of video and sound thank you for the information, entertainment and guides some times fun and learning about bikes, motorcycles and rare models of motors, engines .
enjoyed the teardown
U may have an exhaust leak. There’s that copper washer that they put in. That’s what it really sounds like
Excellent job, now you can flip this thing and make some $$$!!
Still got mine since 1996
I think I will try to get an old four wheeler like these so if I screw up it’s cheap
That's the way to do it.
My best warrior, my wife laid claim to it, its got an fmf powercore 4 exhaust on it.
Great repair👍👍👍
😂😂🤣
All Warriors do have a small tick but that bike doesn’t sound good. Is it the exhaust?
I have the exacted same 4-wheeler as you, but i need help to change out the rear breaks and the brake line
Don't take the wiring harness apart for the neutral light...just run new wires for it and zip tie it along the old harness...lol
any advice for a guy wanting to start flipping bikes and atv's in todays market? Ive watched your video from over 2 years ago where u did exactly that...but in my area..anything under a thousand is absolutely junk, incomplete missing several parts, not running, torn apart, etc..etc. It's disconcerting when I find what appears to be a decent atv..for a decent price...but has been up for sale for sometimes months on end. Is there any updated advice you could give for todays volatile buying/selling market?
I like the yamabond idea on the head gasket to help hold it in place some don't use it that way but I will now Thanks
wow great video my friend!
Do you like 2 strokes or 4 strokes more
Luv ur vids!!!!💯💯💯💯
When you time it does it need to be at TDC on the compression stroke since it's a 4stroke? If so how do you makes sure it's on compression stroke, check for valve play? I've seen 5+ videos and all have just lined up the T and then the mark on the sprocket with no other explanation. Thanks!
Good job buddy
Number 1
Where do you search/get the needed components? Like how do you know what the correct OEM part to order is and where do you mostly order? Or how to know for example that de wistec timing chain is the same as an OEM? Thanks!
Hey could you help me I have a warrior it won’t start at all unless you pull it but we put a new starter and relay in it if you could give me ideas how to fix it I would appreciate it
I have a 94 warrior that will only run for 30 seconds on half or full chock and shut off, but will start right back up. It runs bad when up rev it up. I has a new carburetor, you have any ideas?
Good job!!!
U need 2 get u a sand blaster.
That thing sounds like it’s half dead lol I’m restoring a warrior at the moment on my 3rd one
Hey bro please help me🙏🏿please make a short video on how the reverse switch works🙏🏿🙏🏿😭
I know there is a accrlator pump issue with these.
Do you know if the warrior 350 and raptor 350 engines are the same cause i have a raptor with a seized engine and the parts are way more than the warrior engine will it work?
I know this is irrelevant but I have a question. I own a 1993 kx125 and when I bought it it had some clutch damage. I replaced all the damaged parts but still am having trouble. My first question is that I was wondering if the spec 6.5 foot lbs of torque that is supposed to be applied to the clutch bolts is supposed to be met before the springs are fully compressed therefore creating enough resistance to torque them down and if so any suggestions on why my clutch won't work? Sorry for the irrelevance, just trying to save money and figure it out myself.
Good job👍
Your idea of not too bad is wow really bad, most of the time you say it's not too bad??? But whether it's a car or a bike I think if you're going to change the chain change the gear as well. On camera that timing gear looked pretty Roach. Anyway I know you can do it Joe you always do usually. It's hard to tell what you're getting one it's on the inside that is for sure. Thanks for the videos Man I'm actually learning more about bikes never knew whole lot about him except for the basics but you know how it goes when you're able to share them down you can usually fix them. When it comes to Auto engines that's another story though I'm okay with all of that it's just bikes are a little more complex. I actually own an 82 650 GS G that is pretty much in mint condition, the only thing that I hate about that bike is not that it has a drive shaft and you can't gear it up or down with changing sprockets but the fact that it only has a 5-speed transmission. The selector though on the speedometer Tech shows that there is a 6-speed so they use them in other bikes as well what a shame one extra gear would have been marvelous on that bike.
How did you put the timing chain on for som reason mine is like off even if i try to pry it
Sounds like the starter is going out.. Why is it hard to turn over..
Did you hone the cylinder or just put it back on?
❤ from 🇦🇺
You didn't clean the bolts before adding loctite. Or torque them up either.
YOU know best ...
He didn't clean the bolts or the holes. He's been using Loctite wrong since the date you started using it. Not too long ago I saw him just dribble it on the nut and the threads after he had the bolt & nut tight.
Awesome!
Hey i took of my stator clutch and for some reason the back gear behind the stator clutch won’t come out? Do u think I need a new stator clutch
I believe I have an 89 that I need to rebuild
@Whoop!
Do you still have the customised banshee can you read customised banshee with the warrior
Nice
Yahhh just fired one up, i watched the insane banshee vid first and that mf freaky asf..
