i remember how i was so psyched up about the show 6 years ago when i was a kid. i dont remember the animation or the dialogue being bad (g1 lines with optimus and galvatron from the 80's) but nevertheless this was a badass show. another thing i liked about the show was its music how in some parts they had eerie alien-sounding music. The battles were cool also (i liked the episode when starscream took on the autobots at once and when overhaul becomes leobreaker) cant wait for the 3rd movie...
Why no one is commenting about the fact that the final battle of the anime is actually a reference of the final battle of Brave Exkaiser? Heck, Vector Prime's japanese voice actor is even Exkaiser's voice actor.
Transformers fans generally don’t know the Brave series sadly… also Galvatron already plunged himself Into a sun so we’re missing that part of the finale

Even if the fight was from Cybertron, it was still a better final Optimus Prime VS Megatron/Galvatron fight than the movie, it is still missing something, but that doesn't matter.

that was the inteded idea i believe as they had megatron look more like a combo of unicron and galvatron they added megatron's paint scheme in just so they didn't have to think up a new one for galvatron

@kratostron143 No cheap win, Galvatron had the power of the armor of unicron, plus the power of the Gigantion Cyber planet key, on the other hand Optimus never had an external help, only his combinations with Leo breaker and Wing saber, and use none of this for this battle, if you ask me Galvatron was the one using external wepons. But Optimus used non, as ahonrable warrior. A little help from Vector prime was nothing compared to all the help Galvatron had. But I still respect your point.
Search for "Courageous Theme" and it seems like they are using 2 songs as the one that plays just before the final strike is "Our Ally". Both will have a picture of a Megatron toy.

@sawwheeler Yeah I brought that on DVD from Ebay not too long ago, great to see it again. Despite the differences in the Michael bay films they did pay homage with Optimus's "One shall stand, one shall fall", although that phrase has turned up a lot now, like in Transformers Prime too
why are these fight scenes always the fricking same? why is it that they spend too much time talking, then they go to punch eachother, and it always ends up with them punching eachother at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME WITH ANS EXPLOSION HAPPENING IN THE BACKGROUND!?
yes both megatron and galvatron can but you have to bend one of the feet back not the legs and his arms have to go to a certain position to hold it although they dont hold it very well
