Another good video Mark. Nice to see you aren’t bothered about showing the reality of having blank sessions. I think it can make the sessions when you do catch feel even more rewarding, no matter what size it might be. Looking forward to seeing how your next zander session goes. Tight lines 🎣
An enjoyable film, stunning setting and great pictures of the stars mark. Looking forward to the next one already and you can’t beat dunking those rich tea biscuits on the river bank 😁 Good luck next time out mate Best wishes, Dave

Hi Mark, got myself some frozen sardines today about 6" long. Is it best to hook them through the mouth with single hooks? I've heard they can be a bit soft. Cheers, Tom.

I respect the fact you put your blanks on, I had one today. Ironically I was fishing for chub but was bitten off by pike!
Sods law!

Fingers crossed!

That's where I hook them, some people swear by hooking at base of tail or base of dorsal fin on the back.
@@Fishing4Pleasure Thanks, will give it a go. Blanks happen mate, I'll probably blank when I try them! 🤣
