Yeah, her Wally grow planter video inspired me to take the plunge on buying some. I have always been intimidated with hanging shelves, planters, etc. on walls but after seeing Ferns video it gave me the confidence to hang one myself!
Hey fern! Just in case you don’t see my comment on your anthurium video I wanted to tell you that the Waroqueanum is totally worth buying they are one of my easiest anthurium and just stick one in the cabinet and it will grow like a beast!
For drain tray ideas I love to shop the thrift stores for shallow glass bowls dishes or whatever. You can find really pretty glass for cheap depending on your stores.
Those moss pole slow waterers and the clips look like they are 3D printed! If anyone out there has a 3D printer, you can prob find similar plans online to print for yourself! TY for the cozy vibes, Fern, everything is looking great!
I enjoy your natural feeling videos so much and watching how you try to do things by yourself and use new products and install them yourself. The trials of finding the correct screw for the light was exactly what has happened to me so often. Great to share that!
Hi Fern, I have an Esqueleto about the same size as yours and had it under a Rousseau light. It LOVED the Rousseau light, but it made all the leaves face upwards and didn’t display the plant the way I wanted so ended up switching it to a vertical light because I love the way the Esqueleto looks with forward facing leaves (like yours currently does) - so keep this in mind!
Your candle was freaking me out when you were opening the box haha I'm liking the idea of begonias, are there any that are more compact? I feel like they sometimes seem to get really tall and massive if that makes sense? Love the look of those pots, can't wait to see an update.
Cane type begonias will get big and tall (the angel wing varieties like maculata) but the rhizomatous/rex varieties stay a lot more compact, so there's definitely different options out there :) thank you so much for watching!
I just got my very first moss pole! I put my splendid and melanochrysum on it and am so so excited to watch them grow! You’re so inspiring to my planty habits ❤
I betcha strappy anthurium would look amazing hanging from that high shelf above the lighting! You could even add some pole mounts on each side of the pendant light! ❤ Omg your shirt!!! I need it! ❤❤
Was a great fun video, always love an unboxing, it will be great to see how those begonias get on in those new style pots, they are so innovative. And on a non plant subject , i literally love the T-shirt ❤😂
I was really glad to see that you were opening the self-watering pots that I have ordered already. I ordered them about 2 months ago and they are doing very well so yesterday I ordered the 7 inch pots the ones that you just got so that that was happy to see exactly what they look like I ordered the white ones. The only bug that I have not been able to get rid of is mealybug. I think I killed them all and then it pops up in some plant that I just love and it just kills me because they sure do damage. My Christmas cactuses are all blooming to and they're just spectacular yours is just gorgeous really. I don't have the variegated one and now you've got me adding to my wish list so I'm going to keep an eye out for that one. A bit of a tip about Christmas cactus if you want it to bloom all at one time. I put mine in a window that doesn't get a ton of light but it gets indirect light and I have single pane windows so it's very cold and it just totally blooms at the same time they're just covered completely. I have a warranty peach colored one and it's spectacular really it's almost finished blooming it's an early for Christmas cactus and it is Christmas cactus not Thanksgiving so that's interesting I think it's cuz we had such a cold flash all the sudden that brought on the the blooms because they like the cooler weather. The other video that I watched that you put the wired mesh for you begonia that worked out fabulous it really look good and you're right it will look even better so congrats on that one what a great idea. That was a great video thank you and have a good one
I'd totally put mirror tiles on that will with the damage from the previous owner. That way you can reflect the light pouring in from your windows and it will make it look like more plants.
Hi Fern. I like the concept of the new pots; looking forward to an update. May humbly suggest that u You use the packing paper on your table or the lid of your bin; this should help with the mess and scratches on your table. I do this and it really helps. Tfs 🪴
best thing to do with a stud is move a couple inches over and avoid it XD they really can be a pain in home improvement or required XD you did great installing that light got my first orchid yesterday :P it's a mini orchid so i'm super excited to watch it you got me more addicted to leafy plants all the different textures feels so cool
When you took that lid off that soil bin I was afraid that candle would get it on fire. It looked like it was so close to it. Those plastic bins are very flammable. I have never seen pots like those. Looks like they would definitely need a cover pot.
I ordered a R. Grow light at the new price, looking forward to setting it up. My moss poles are from Temu though, they’re 22 bucks for a pack of ten so I got multiples.
Hi Fern ! I am gonna ask a growlight for my birthday this month ! Which one do you prefer between the soltech and the Rousseau ? Btw I love your videos !! ❤
Love the background but I am not a fan of gloomy rainy days. Makes me feel sad if its too many days in a row.. The moss poles/pots are amazing but wayyy too expensive for me. I’m interested in seeing what you think of the pots.. Use your drill and drill a hole into the stud then use your anchor and black screw
Hi, Fern. I’m finally found a begonia paulensis. Have you ever done a video on it or have any tips for keeping one happy? I plan on keeping it in my plant room which is lit with Barrina T8 lights and high lumen LED bulbs, around 70°F/21°C, and 60% humidity. Would that be ok? Should I keep it under a cloche until it reaches a certain amount of leaves? TIA
I believe it’s from Cider, but you can probably find something similar on Depop or Poshmark! Cider is like SHEIN - cheap fast fashion made in sweatshops.
Hi Friend I’m watching this video today and you mention your silver sword on a moss pole. I’m struggling to get mine to size up and it’s on a moss pole. Can you give me grow tips before I chuck it? (I’ve had it for almost a year…under grow lights)😢 Thanks! NC FAN
@@wildfern I don’t remember if you said when you and your mom were going to the Eras Tour but I know Taylor is in Canada now so I hope you and your mom have an AMAZING safe time ❤️🫶🏼❤️
Rousseau look like great products. Looks like they are a U.S. company, May I ask with exchange and shipping from the U.S. to Canada how much do the poles cost each? in case others are wondering as well, and for curiosity sake. :) I would love to try them, but cost would be a factor... Thanks Fern....edit, I did a mock invoice and it works out to $23.00 per pole.
Those new black pots that wick water look, to me, just more obvious. The cups were pretty much invisible. Ti me they just blend into the bs ground but th e dark ones would always catch my attention.
@ honestly you could prob sit and not talk about anything and I’d enjoy. Just feel like I’m chillin with my sis or something 😁 but lucky for me you’re entertaining! 🎉
Mine too. Pots stacked on the bottom of my kitchen shelves. Then theres tall couple of stacks of 6 inch pots. Somehow I thought I would need as many more for a glow up to a bigger pot and when I start to think about five that need an up pot. Anda fewthat need down sizes. Three of those and I don’t have enough potting mix to do all 7 of them. I need to use the last of the coco coir and I’ve got another brick to make fresh. The more I think about it the more I find to do. Hmmm 🤔
If they are not for us to see then they should have tons you when they sent it. I think you should show the new stuff. You have a lot of followers hat might want what it s. You’ll be a spokesman or a spokesman for the company. .
honestly the weather come across in the video as super cozy. I love it
Fern you should do a video on beginner handyman techniques for plant ladies 😂 Plant people in general actually! 🤍 Love your new stuff from Rousseau 😍
She actually showed us how she hung up some of her wall mounts a few videos back and it was helpful to me because of space.
Yeah, her Wally grow planter video inspired me to take the plunge on buying some. I have always been intimidated with hanging shelves, planters, etc. on walls but after seeing Ferns video it gave me the confidence to hang one myself!
Seriously! She is patient and meticulous. I didn’t even realize I hung my Wally grows wrong until I watched her video of her hanging them…hahahaha
Black nail polish on the screw will work just fine to cover that screw! Looks great
Great idea! Thank you :)
Does anyone else rewatch the newest video a million times till a new one is posted? 🤣 I think I’ve watched this 4 times already!
thank you so much
The pendant lights look so good together, really bring the space together 🥰 this was a nice video!
Girl. I’m only 10 mins in and that candle is making me nervoussss 😅 so excited to see all the things !
Girl. Someone has an irrational fear of candles 😅
Those pots are a game changer! Thrift your pot trays! Your light looks great.
Looking forward to a longggg plant care video soon hopefully 👀🙏🏻
The pots remind me of roses!!!
Hey fern! Just in case you don’t see my comment on your anthurium video I wanted to tell you that the Waroqueanum is totally worth buying they are one of my easiest anthurium and just stick one in the cabinet and it will grow like a beast!
I use a Sharpie to color silver screw heads black. Happens all the time!
For drain tray ideas I love to shop the thrift stores for shallow glass bowls dishes or whatever. You can find really pretty glass for cheap depending on your stores.
The nail polish you're wearing is so pretty. Stay healthy Fern❤
Thrift glass plates, bowls, ect for drop trays! 😁
Those moss pole slow waterers and the clips look like they are 3D printed! If anyone out there has a 3D printer, you can prob find similar plans online to print for yourself!
TY for the cozy vibes, Fern, everything is looking great!
Oh that’s actually pretty observant, I didn’t think of 3D printing but you’re right
I enjoy your natural feeling videos so much and watching how you try to do things by yourself and use new products and install them yourself. The trials of finding the correct screw for the light was exactly what has happened to me so often. Great to share that!

Yes ma'am! 🙌🏽🫰🏽 happy Friday!!
I betcha strappy anthurium would look amazing hanging from that high shelf above the lighting! You could even add some pole mounts on each side of the pendant light! ❤
Omg your shirt!!! I need it! ❤❤
Oh it's perfect! I'm getting ready for an early night before watching the eras tour livestream later 😂😂😂 can't wait what you ve gotten!
omg perfect!! I will have it on too haha! enjoy
I almost broke one of those R. Moss poles trying to get the plastic off. I still can’t get it off… now those new pots are a brilliant idea!
Love the looks of those new clear Plastic plant pots. So easy to store too!!!
Omg i love the clear plastic sheets that shape into plant containers! So smart and so cool.
Another great video. Was hoping for one when I got up this morning. Makes my day. Thank you for bringing a little joy and into our lifes. 🎉

The light looks so good there! It definitely completes the space 🪴

Thank you for introducing me to Rousseau! Just ordered their track grow light ✨

Those pots are so cool. Are they sturdy? Keep us updated okay? 🧡🌱🧡
Ps! Love, love love the pendant light!
Yeah your order came in 🎉 The new light looks great 😀🇨🇦
I love the background of this one!!
Just set up my first rousseau moss poles and they are fantastic!!! So easy to set up and adjust for my plants!!
Oh that’s awesome! They are the best :)
girlll I have that damson madder vest too and I love it
For drainage trays you should go thrifting for little trays/plates! I find some beautiful ones for only a few dollars :)
✨ best vibes on the Internet ✨🌧️ 💕🌿🕯️
Love the nail polish. Very shifty green and purple. Please consider listing the polish deets in the description box. 💜
I'd totally put mirror tiles on that will with the damage from the previous owner. That way you can reflect the light pouring in from your windows and it will make it look like more plants.
You look amazing btw and this was so cozy 🤩
You can just fix the holes in your wall, then color match for paint. The blue is really pretty with all of the green.

If you do paint this winter, I hope you make a video of it🧡 I also have some damage from previous renters that I need to paint.
I totally want to try the Rousseau moss pole watering thingy lol ❤
I love your barrettes I wanna try that too
ahh, new begos ♥ white ice might not look like it, but is also quite a heavy drinker 🤣

Emotional support earphones, I feel so seen. Thank you, Fern.
😂
The light looks great there. The plants will grow, too.
Loved this! I have mixed feelings about the pots... did they feel sturdy once the pot was in it? They look so flimsy.
Fern where is your vest from!? It's so cute
Where did you get your red top? It’s so cute ❤
Hi Fern ! I am gonna ask a growlight for my birthday this month ! Which one do you prefer between the soltech and the Rousseau ?

do the rosso pots fit in cover pots well?

Hi fern ❤️
Hi and thank you for watching 😊
You could always go to a thrift store, and buy some dinner plate's and put under those clear plastic pots for now.
Please tell me water does not run out of those pots
Don’t worry about the height of your lights. They’ll be fine 😊
Very pretty new moss poles. Your plants will look so cool 😎
❤❤
thank you for watching 💚

Another Planty video from Fern. I hipped over as soon as I finished another video and came right over. Always feel better after one if your videos.
That is so nice to hear Lisa, thank you for being here :)
I went to get those items and they’re sold out.
Oh noooo! They only ship US and Canada. :(
Whomever is thinking of these neat gadgets is nailing it😀 super cool!
🪴💚
Those begonias will thrive in those pots.
Maybe instead of the plastic trays for under the pots, you should thrift some fun colored luncheon or dessert plates. Catch water and looks pretty.
You might have to drill into the wood.
If they are not for us to see then they should have tons you when they sent it. I think you should show the new stuff. You have a lot of followers hat might want what it s. You’ll be a spokesman or a spokesman for the company. .
