    Love the videos, and you've got me hooked on Lyman lures! Quick question - when you're running your downrigger ball close to the bottom how do you run your lyman behind it without it catching the bottom? I Was told they dive 7-10 feet on their own so I am just curious! Also, do you ever slow troll for lakers(1-1.5) with flashers or do you typically run them naked?

      @Fishnmoreoutdoors  5 месяцев назад

      I run the ball 10 ft above where I want my lure on 4 inchers, and 5 ft for the 3inch and 2 inch. I occasionally slow troll hearing, but have had better success overall with Lyman’s!

    Please spend a little more time describing what lake your on, rod,reel,line test,exact lure,Ect. At the beginning of your video, before you start fishing. Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s awesome. Thanks

      go back and binge watch all of Ammon's videos. He is the most informative guy on RUclips. He explains and breaks down how to do everything you can't go wrong with his advice. I also fish for large mackinaw and large trophy. Browns take my word for it. This guy knows what he's doing.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.

      The big ones are terrible in my opinion bad flavor and greasy. Also I have been told it takes a laker 8 years to get to 30 inches, and they average .5 inches per year after that. Because of that I try to ensure all the big ones I catch are released in good condition. I occasionally eat a pup 20-25 incher they are tasty.
