The sergeant should be fired. Time and time again I have seen cops arrest people for using the f word. Yet he can do it with impunity? He should be fired!
Members of the public can talk and act like dirt, that's ok, police should just take it. Yes he was wrong, but he was dealing with someone who is trying to annoy him.
@@paulstekla3270 So you think he behaved correctly? because someone was annoying him? That's a very low bar for what is supposed to be a police officer. And that's his behaviour when being filmed. I wonder how he behaves off camera?
When you said you’d report him he said ‘fill your boots’ I wonder how many times he’s said that to members of the public he’s accosted. We all know the police back each other up, the other officers will deny he used foul language.
Those types of officers should never be allowed to be around the public as they are an errant danger to the public. Any police officer of any worth could have deescalated by having a bit of banter back and forth. The fact muppets like that Sergeant who claim they are having a bad day, should never be policing around the public.

In the 70s biff was a derogatory term for some one who is stupid or a idiot , it was said as a insult to a person as in your case, it was used in the 70s to represent someone having spina bifida.
Just when you think auditors are making a difference, this happens. Appalling behaviour by police officers. Neither Sergeant is fit to wear the uniform.
Well done going back to Sergeant 75, after being abused by him. Nevertheless, the 2nd Sergeant shows you what can happen to you when you try to report a crime, i.e. if you’re not in their gang you will end up being a victim. Hopefully when you report these 2 sergeants they should be accountable for their shameful behaviour and not upholding the law. 🙈🙉🙊
7:49 Please don't forget about this guy when you put in you're complaint and sue them. He really wasn't far behind his hate speech buddy. Everything Reggie said that tyrant twisted the hell out of it !
9:00 So when police break the law or bylaw they get investigated. But if anyone else break the law they get arrested. Police are not above the law. If a cop breaks the law it shouldn't be handled via a complaint, they should be arrested just like anyone else. This constable is basically saying that he can't arrest a sergeant for breaking the law. I will accept that the constable can't actually arrest there and then since he didn't witness the crime but he can still log the crime and sergeant 75 should get a voluntary interview during the investigation of the crime. I will also accept that constables can decide not to handle a minor crime when they are busy (though sitting in a van stretches that point a bit) with something more major. But they should encourage the person to use 101 rather than try and argue that the crime wasn't a crime. Poor policing.
Hi Reggie, I can't believe that the so-called police Sergeant 75 was so abusive to you l had to literary play back your video twice this is totally unacceptable but what makes it even worse the way they all stick together one big gang, you got to hold them accountable for there actions they need sacking and take there pension away we don't need people like this totally crazy if he can't do his job it's time to go 👍
I was expecting him to have said it once, under his breath or something. Not so blatantly to your face. He needs to be held accountable. That was crazy.
What a piece of work, Imho Sincerely hope he has the misfortune to get a right kicking from the chief constable and anyone else for his contemptuous, ignorant, egotistical, abhorrent, illegal misuse of his powers. The imbecile needs to be fired and lose his pension. Imagine what he's like off camera, any case he has been involved in needs to be examined. A physiological evaluation is urgently needed of that Sergeant before he hurts someone. Shame you didn't get his name as I have a strong feeling that we'll be seeing him again in yet another newspaper headline.
My opinion, its a public order offence. Section 5 makes it an offence to use “threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour” or to display “any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting” within the hearing or sight of a person “likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby”
@@TheCrucifiedClown Yeah, but you’re not a police officer. So YOUR reaction is irrelevant. A police officer however, is not only supposed to be trained in dealing with members of the public, but must exercise their duty calmly and responsibly. There is no great provocation here. Someone wiggling their hands does not justify being abused by anyone, let alone a Sargent. To me, that strongly suggests he is incapable of performing his role. He is there to set the example, remember. All things being equal, Sargent 75 will face disciplinary action over this. His reaction was simply unacceptable and the “I’m tired” excuse doesn’t cut it. 8:35 Bylaw 8 is about gambling. It's bylaw 6 which covers unacceptable behaviour. Swearing is listed in that bylaw. However swearing itself is unlikely to be a contravention of the bylaw because everyone swears as part of normal conversation. It is how the swear words are used that matters. Using the words to demean and insult someone is what breaks bylaw 6. So repeating what you heard or using it as an example doesn't contravene the bylaws. Sgt #75 use of the same words do contravene the bylaw as it is actions and other words and attitude that matter.

Unfortunately I can't comment whilst being respectful! I hope that officer gets what's coming to him....
Imagine what he is like when there isn't loads of people and camera's about... I feel bad for his family
What a disgusting excuse for an officer. He should be dismissed IMMEDIATELY!
That Seargent is despicable and should be sacked ASAP!
If he’s got family I dread to think what he’s like behind closed doors with them, disgusting behaviour from someone who’s there to protect people
It's ok that he gave his wife a black eye, it'd been a long day and he was tired, so he had his reasons 😂
Oh, he goes home and cries , because he is a bully and a coward and he is “tired”.

The sergeant should be fired. Time and time again I have seen cops arrest people for using the f word. Yet he can do it with impunity? He should be fired!
Disgraceful, no police officer can swear at the public, should be fired
Members of the public can talk and act like dirt, that's ok, police should just take it. Yes he was wrong, but he was dealing with someone who is trying to annoy him.
@@paulstekla3270 not illegal to be annoying but section 5 public order offence comes to mind
@@nathanlycett7749 Agree its not. But its sad to try and annoy people to get views. Section 5 public order, did you go online and look it up, wow.
@@paulstekla3270 So you think he behaved correctly? because someone was annoying him? That's a very low bar for what is supposed to be a police officer. And that's his behaviour when being filmed. I wonder how he behaves off camera?
@@paulstekla3270 mate i doubt he would do this off duty alone
He should be dismissed with no pay no pension if that was done in any other work place it would be gross misconduct, shameful
That sergant is out of control and will lead the younger officers down the wrong path.
Absolute disgrace two sergeant's who are policing by public consent. Have we all consented this this?
“Why did you brutally murder someone, steal a car and then rob a bank?”
“Sorry I’ve had a long day and I’m tired” 😂😂😂
When you said you’d report him he said ‘fill your boots’ I wonder how many times he’s said that to members of the public he’s accosted. We all know the police back each other up, the other officers will deny he used foul language.
This is why we have no respect for the vile GOONS!
Funny how police don't ever see police abuse
Those types of officers should never be allowed to be around the public as they are an errant danger to the public. Any police officer of any worth could have deescalated by having a bit of banter back and forth. The fact muppets like that Sergeant who claim they are having a bad day, should never be policing around the public.
I grew up in Accrington and biff used to be an offense slur inferring disability either physically or mentally at a person. you have him bang to rights on this Reggie so I hope you take this further and rid the public of his menace. the other tyrants should be fired too for allowing him to act this way against a member of the public and even supporting his actions as the female officer did
_"biff used to be an offense slur inferring disability"_ Yep, 'biff' = spina bifida. He's basically using disability as an insult, like calling him a 'spastic'.
_"other tyrants should be fired too for allowing him to act this way against a member of the public"_
Lancashire Police's standards of professional behaviour lists this as failing to challenge and/or report improper conduct.
It was always used like you said, It originated from the condition " Spina Bifida " .
It has the same connotations over here in Northern Ireland...I thought this slur was a thing of the past...Sadly not...😞
Omg
You must be a biff, it’s offence not offense ffs.
And they wonder why people hate them, if you swore like that he would arrest you.
No wonder they couldn't find Nicola Bulley in over 3 weeks and had to rely on a random member of the public to find her.
This should go on TV
make sure you report him to professional standards Reggie , that guy should not be on the street dealing with the public . if you said that to him , you would be on the ground in cuffs for a section 5 and charged . dont let this one go brother , that guy is a disgrace :). if you watch the footage back , he also called you a d**k just after he called you an f ing biff .
Said f*ck lots of times.
I’m disabled myself and I’m horrified. I have already been online and put in my complaint disgusting behaviour.
"I didn't witness any pushing."
Show this to anyone who thinks the police can be trusted.
Mate you’ve got a duty now to report him. This man shouldn’t be allowed to work in the police. Imagine if you didn’t have a camera he could be a lot worse. Hope you report.

Reggie captured it with his sunglasses camera - the cop didn’t know he was being filmed.

He definitely needs reporting.
Isn’t it like a divvy ? If you call someone a divvy, you are saying in a humorous way that you think they are rather foolish.
Is an old fashioned form of “Spastic” it comes from Spina Biffida
In the 70s biff was a derogatory term for some one who is stupid or a idiot , it was said as a insult to a person as in your case, it was used in the 70s to represent someone having spina bifida.
@@SeanieVoiceOver omg 😲
BIF according to the Urban Dictionary stands for Butt-In-Front, and is directed at fat people with a bulge between their belly and their crotch.
Everyone needs to report this corrupt tyrant
It's worse that the other sergeant tried to turn it round.
Just when you think auditors are making a difference, this happens. Appalling behaviour by police officers. Neither Sergeant is fit to wear the uniform.
🤡
No wonder the public hate them so much. Glad to see the force has referred this to professional standards
Lancashire police proved their incompetence trying and failing to find a body, an apology from that Sargent would be even more difficult for them !!!
That tyrant needs dismissing from the force
Grunt said:
"I'm a very busy man"
An honest day's work would kill him.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The second copper in van should have instantly arrested the first copper. The trouble with the police they’ll not arrest their own.
Why should he have arrested him instantly?
Hi Reggie, I can't believe that the so-called police Sergeant 75 was so abusive to you l had to literary play back your video twice this is totally unacceptable but what makes it even worse the way they all stick together one big gang, you got to hold them accountable for there actions they need sacking and take there pension away we don't need people like this totally crazy if he can't do his job it's time to go 👍
Lovely representation of the police. Weknow what they are like
Absolutely ridiculous this officer needs to be dismissed straight away
I was expecting him to have said it once, under his breath or something. Not so blatantly to your face. He needs to be held accountable. That was crazy.
What a piece of work,
Imho
Sincerely hope he has the misfortune to get a right kicking from the chief constable and anyone else for his contemptuous, ignorant, egotistical, abhorrent, illegal misuse of his powers.
The imbecile needs to be fired and lose his pension.
Imagine what he's like off camera, any case he has been involved in needs to be examined.
Second Sgt and the WPC'S and PC in the van who did nothing but cover up needs to be up in front of chief constable also
Corrupt to the core.
Do you have to be a psychopath to be a cop? Now you can see how Wayne Cousins got away with what he did for so long.

Whats amazing is how you keep finding these tools. whats ever more amazing is how you can rip them to pieces.

Great content again man
A physiological evaluation is urgently needed of that Sergeant before he hurts someone.

I’m not even that ‘anti’ - I just cannot stand seeing tyrants elevated to positions they do not deserve to hold. It’s as simple that.

Sickening, closing ranks, making threats, assault and getting away with it. This gives me no confidence in the Law enforcement whatsoever.
So being tired and having a long day is an excuse to behave that way? Shameful.
There’s someone somewhere sat in professional standards watching this shaking their head and wondering what this guy is on. I’d be tempted to report it as a crime as well as putting a complaint in
Especially as the other officer warned you about swearing

I took my dad to a game, he was so disgusted by the way we were treated by the police that he has never been back. He was told to "shut the fuck up" when he asked a very reasonable question by some jumped up lad who was younger than both of us. I can still see the look of shock on my dads' face.
That’s why I’ll never go to a football match, they treat people like sheep. They try to dictate the route you take to and from the ground. No way am I happy with that.
@@slacko1971 yep it's the old stamping of perceived authority when it should be enforcement of law, its as tho they treat everyone the sam knowing that any complaints they receive will be swept under the carpet ect so that the day goes as easy as possible for them

I can't honestly believe that other sergeant kept trying to wriggle out of having anything to say about the other sergeants'behaviour and kept putting it on you. What did he not understand about you merely repeating what that other guy said? unbelievable.
