Nothing but love for ya and Max broda! Well done! Keep up the hungry/humble attitude Noah, that definitely sets you apart from other great athletes! Best wishes for your prep to the 2020 CF games!
Noah...congratulations. You are a pleasure for us to watch and your positivity is inspiring. We've seen you come through on the mental game and confidence. Keep it up and well done!! Big up yourself!! FYI...Cayman Islands is an hour from Miami. Let the CF community and your fans know if you are ever on Island!!!
Just qualified for your 7th games appearance but can't stop thinking about those 3 seconds you could have gone faster lol. Competitive to the bitter end. Congrats from a fellow Noah and I can't wait for you to hold on to that leader jersey through Sunday.
Just do whatever you feel like to do & inv people you have fun with! Great personalities like you are not able to cooperate with someone your community would not like! Excited for these things to come =)
Great job!! Love your doggie cheering companion/sweat licker:-) 🤣😂20.5 was fun felt just like you the 1st go around with being dizzy, and wasnt happy with my time redid with a new strategy and focus and took 2min 10 sec off, so I was pretty excited about that :-) enjoy some time off :-) look forward to watching you compete
Do you honestly believe that any games level athlete isn't thinking about 10 different ways to attack this workout? Just because one athlete did it this way doesn't mean that another didn't already have thoughts of trying this method.
@@rickyraines8908 you should thank Rich too for thinking...then saying that. Give credit to where credit is due. Don't hate. It's like a plagiarist denying plagiarism lol. Too much pride? I get it.

Nice, when you row you should finish your stroke in one motion. You go legs, back then arms. Do it all in one smooth motion and besides being easier your scores will improve heaps. Think you're awesome though.
@@furiofusco5139 first, these athletes aren't Olympic rowers but having said that, I disagree. I've heard plenty of rowers talk and done this enough myself to know your arms and legs are never moving at the same time. If you've rowed at all, you would realize how inefficient that is.
@@patrickpiazza5482 i have rowed my self, for years actually. I think you misunderstood what the op said. I am gonna quote him "You go legs, back then arms. Do it all in one smooth motion". As you can see, he never said to push with legs and arms simultaniously, but rather to start with legs, followed by the back, and finally the arms, keeping the movement fluid in order to not loose momentum. That's how I interpret what Air Plane as written, and that's the most efficient way of rowing. Not trying to argue, by the way. Sometimes written messages can be interpreted in the wrong way. One last thing, I am a crossfitter my self, training many hours a day. Of course I am not at Noah's level, but still, what any athlete, and crossfitter specifically should do, is trying to be as efficient as possible in any movement. Dealing with such a broad number of movements from different sport, it's natural to look at pros from each field trying to figure out how to improve. Sometimes you adapt, sometimes you simply watch and learn. Rowing is on of the lattee situations, where there is more to simply understand and apply, rather than adapt. It could very well be that Noah was tired, his legs where burning, so technique went South and pulled harder with the muscle group which was less fatigued at that point. Still, the op made a valid point
@@furiofusco5139 I'm still not sure that is what he meant but regardless, in my personal opinion, there can't be anything more ridiculous than critiquing the second fittest guy at the games last year on how he should row at the end of a taxing workout. To each their own, and I know it's my fault for evening commenting on it...whatever makes people happy I guess.
I think you should have done better not to perform all 80cal at once. My opinion it would be faster : 10 rounds 4mu 10wb, then 30cal - 10wb - 30cal - 10wb - 20cal
You should never just drop the handle of the erg machine and let it slam. No matter how badly you're hurting its best to put it in the holder. Its horrible for the machine and causes damage over time. Trust me, rowing in college there was many a time when I was barely concision after 2k test but its always best to not let it slam. I only commented because I see all these elite crossfitters doing it.
I love how you crawled over to cheer on that dude even though you were dying haha! So awesome man!

When my ball hits below the line I get a no rep....guess not you
He'll be penalized if, in fact, he did not get above the line on any reps. They review all of the top athletes video submissions.
Looked like a decent number of squats w the hip crease not going deep enough...
