Good Morning from korea. We usually say it without any stress on a syllable in this word. It's a good thing to say each syllable clear in our language. I agree with your suggestion that we need to forget about our language and try to learn a new system of sounds, stress, intonation when we learn english. We have a "syllable-timed language" system which makes us to learn English much harder.

In Dutch it’s indeed option B! How weird, never thought about it. My pronunciation has improved a lot; but I fall back to my flat pronunciation when I’m in a conversation a lot times. Feels more comfortable.

Hi, Mark! In Polish (Dzien dobry!) I can use both options (A,B). It depends on my mood and situation. The option A, for example, when I want to express my joy meeting my friend. The option B, when I express respect.

Thanks a lot for this video. I have always wondered what goes wrong when I say good morning. It was the syllable stress, I added the n after the r to the last syllable which sounded more like good moaning than good morning...

I used both depending on my mood. But mostly i used shortcut when greeting my colleagues. Simply, "Mornin'" they got the message anyway.😏

Good morning, Master Mark. Thank God I pronounce it correctly all this while, it sounds cheerful. Having said that I still yet to improve my English pronountion. I figure I'm weak in this area. I'm looking forward to more lessons on pronountion. Have a good day ahead, Mark. Didn't hear from you a couple of days, I guess you're busy working on your workout to get ripped and jacked so that you will appear muscular. Take care. We love you.
