Alright man, you're so annoying you're starting to piss me off.
If you want to get a girlfriend you first need to have a competent level of attributes. Meaning you gotta be clean, well behaved, a "man who does, a man who fixes the problem instead of complaining" type of behavior, meaning that if there's a broken door, you fix the door, if there's a huge malfunction in your car, you fix the car, you don't do any of that "complaining expecting someone else to fix it", you're not a kid, ok? And even if you were you should put yourself in the mindset of an adult so you don't develop bad behaviors, alright? There's also strength, which is also essential, but that's about it.
Overall, you need to be boyfriend material. You can't be a mental charge for somebody else because they will cut you off for being a manchild. In case that's true; get rid of whatever manchild behavior you got, and then keep going.
For meeting women, the reality of it is that it's not that hard, but all you need to do is not make it awkward. You should know when it is by now. But one of the best ways to meet women is by going to a friend's hangout or a party. The way you ask a girl out is not by being subtle and hideous. All you need to do is be straightforward. You don't do any of that "being friends for 6 years" stuff because you're ruining the whole thing.
There's only ONE moment where you can get a girl to be interested in being your gf, and that's when you first meet her. If you make her wait, she'll lost interest because you're a coward. Let's say there's a girl you like on the bus stop you walked by. If you're interested, all you have to do is tell her "hey, I thought you looked pretty and I wanted to talk to you to know you more. Are you interested?". She can say no, but she can also say yes. She won't sue you for SA because it's not SA. One thing is to ask a girl out, another thing is to show her your song thing.
