I usually get all different braising sausages from Williams Sonoma in a jar .... Now I can make my own!!!!! Thank You! You can never go wrong with Parmesan cheese on pasta but if I may share with you a type of dry Greek cheese for grating called Myzithra (pronounced mezeethra) it will give this dish a very pleasant twist ! Myzithra is made from sheep’s or goats milk .... think of a firm dry Verizon of ricotta salata ! Hope you try it ! I will certainly be making this Ragu, no more jars 😉
