This was so nice to watch, which I saw it a few days ago before throwing my tea bowl! You made it look so simple...and on a side note... your shop is so lovely & CLEAN! :)
@30kellys Thanks! I was using 1 pound of Little Loafer white stoneware clay from Highwater Clay. I haven't fired that actual cup yet, but at bone dry it's 4.5" high, 4" wide at the top, & 2.5" wide at the foot.
Very nice! One of the few that I've seen work standing up and not supporting the arms. But you did have it already centered! :o) Still a very nice form and I like your touch on the bottom too. I keep learning from all you people who share their skills. Thanks!!
This is very awesome. I am still a beginner but I've learned a lot new ways of pulling and techniques just from your videos. Thanks so much! BTW love that tea bowl you made!
@hobbypotter Thanks for dropping me a line. My studio isn't always that clean, but I only have myself to blame if it's not. So that's motivation to clean when ever time permits. :) Have you been able to give tea bowls another try?

Thank you so much Kun Xie! I really appreciate your kind words. :) I hope your journey with clay is going well!
@pensandcalls - Yep, I get major lower back pain when I throw sitting down and much prefer to throw standing like this. I'm glad you liked the clip :)
