Yes, you can copy the invite that has the link and meeting ID , and send
The guests cannot join directly according to the first meeting id? Must have 3 different id?

@@Kadosh111 YES, schedule your meeting as 11:00PM-11:30PM. but start it before the time as 9:00PM then you will have time remaining as 2 hours and 30 minutes.
