    When you over bake it, sometimes the top with crack. One of the ways I've learned to prevent that is to put the cheesecake in a water bath...which is a couple of inches of water in a pan that your cheesecake pan sits in while it bakes. With this recipe, I have never needed to do that, so hopefully you have success with this one!

    It is one of my favourite kitchen tools! It is a measuring cup from Pampered Chef, but I have seen them other places too.

    You could use any sort of cookie crumb for the crust, as this cheesecake would pair really well with lots of different flavours.

    I made yesterday for my brother's birthday today and I wasn't sure how it would turn out because I have never actually cokked before... But my family loved it! They told me it tasted gourmet!!! Also, I didn't put fruit on it, instead I put on chocolate chips and stuck them with regular whipped cream. You should try it next time you make it! Thanks so much for this video!

    I made this again but I added cinnamon and nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture and it tastes bomb!! I will always keep you video in my favorites list!!

    haha.. yeah .. one for the household and one for my grandma and aunts... everyone loves cheesecake in my family... and since I balance and control what I eat, I definitely love to indulge with a cheesecake once a month.. so worth it!!
    I used to wear pants of size 44 last year.. now I wear size 36... i did it with portion control.. no diets, no sports no nothing!
    I'm 17 and i watch what I eat, but i have a little bit of everything, and i'm glad i'm in shape (:

    A springform pan has side releases and that is how the cake is removed from the pan.

    Changing the fat content in baking does change the taste and texture of things....there are certain subs like applesauce for oil etc, but other than that, altering the recipes is a little bit tricky. If you have a specific recipe in mind, send me an email and I can look further into it for you.

    I used a 9" springform pan, but you could use a smaller size and the cheesecake would just be thicker.

    Watching it super closely and making sure to not over bake it is how mine did not crack. I have tried water baths for other recipes, but find that I don't need one for this.

    If it's a spring-form (releases at the sides) it should work just the same.

    When the cheesecake is the same temperature as the room you are in. It won't feel warm to the touch anymore.

I guess that's the reason why the cheese cake I made last time taste salty (that's my first time to make cheesecake and I use those spreads). I'll make this recipe tomorrow or the cheesecake pops.     Try Bleu, Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Parmesan. KIDDING...you have to use cream cheese.

    as much as i want to make ur desserts, i am watching my figure. do u have low fat recipes or maybe more substitutions on d basic ingredients other than the milk, eggs and butter? cn i use low fat or non fat products on ur recipes? and lastly, would it affect the texture?

      You don't have to refrigerate for just 4-5 hours or over night in the fridge. ',:D
