You're video is very informative! Hopefully we can apply some of this to our lives. One day of mangerial consultation doesn't sound like a bad idea. I'd say our biggest problem is getting band member's lives straight to financially build the band the way we envision it. We're starting from small towns hitting bigger cities starting from scratch, so it can be a struggle at first.

Hello Bruce, I have had some form of this band for 29 years and I get folks who only show up 50% of the gigs. How do i let them go without losing their friendship or respect? I am trying to put them on standby, but they just want to cherry pick what gigs they want to do. I have a lack of commitment.

Don't settle for anything less than your "Brand" requires. If someone isn't toeing the line, you need to cut them. Friendships shouldn't have to suffer from Business Decisions, and you need to make it clear that their cutting was a Business Decision based off of their "workplace performance".

Hi there. Apologies for the lack of response. Our RUclips hasn’t been active for a few months but we are back on it now. I will have a look through the questions and try and find some answers for everyone. Thanks so much for watching. Best wishes
