Oda took inspiration from basically every civilization and he blended them all in one story so nicely. Also, it is said that the world of One Piece is 50 times the size of Earth. A really really big world.
I love how towards the climax of the video there's very deliberate shots that won't mean anything to a new viewer, but for those who know, it adds a whole new dimension to the video.

@DLFamReactions yeah i had to go back.. for me to understand what one piece is.. from king of the pirates, ponelglyph, ancient weapons, what really is world government, the celestial dragons, revolutionary armies, blackbeard will be the first to reach raftel than luffy and so on
It’s not a weird parallel, we all grow up in our lives with One Piece as human beings, as adults, as people who care about each other and who pursuit our own dreams! That’s what One Piece does! One Piece for life!!
Everytime i saw this fan-made, i though in my head "It could be possible to made a "Wow like" of OP with so many islands to visited. (I think way more continents than in Wow if an island of OP mean a continent)
i dont think the live action spoils too much. the only thing being Garp really. i think its fine since oda approved the live action to take that route.

The live action spoils the anime. The live action reveals plot lines & characters that shouldn’t appear until 320 episodes down the line
