Fun fact: Chris actually suffers from hypotonia (extremely low muscle tone) which is why he tires out so easily from even minimal movement like standing in place.
How would you treat hypotonia if let's say you had Chris Chan raised by proper parents whom are also autistic (preferably with "asperger's syndrome" i.e around level 1 autism.)
@@BarakonI’m not sure of the specifics, but hypotonia can happen in autistic people. It doesn’t usually get worse so you can do physical therapy to build that up.

@clarity425 as a kid raised by an idiot drunk for a single mother who never taught me how to cook, my nan taught me and I mostly figured it out through trial and error. I suppose I can cook, but I'm kinda lazy. I can make hunters chicken and consider myself a one note chef at the least. Which makes us way better than Chris.

Same here, man. Been a martial artist for nearly ten years now. I admit I have a sweet tooth and I'm pretty pudgey, but knowing I'm far more healthy than Chris will ever be gives me hope.

Whenever I think about all the times Chris lies about his weight and fitness, I remind myself of how he tried and failed to do a single solitary pull up. He's a professional goal post mover but the pure reality he realized is that he is too weak and too fat to pull up his own body weight just once.
I did a parkour class once for 6 weeks and I was surprised that I could do about 5 pull ups fairly easily. I've struggled with my weight before but at least I got that up from Chris!! I'm also 5"2 so I guess that might make a difference too. But suck it, Chris!!

Yeah, Chris' weight is mostly fat. If you've ever seen a clip of him trying to flex, it's obvious he has no muscles to speak of. That 45% body fat figure is not surprising at all.
It's also been suggested he has hypotonia, which is a lack of or having very low muscle tone. Combined with his obesity and bad diet, you get Chris.

Yes and no, in 1981's proposed rule changes for school lunch requirements there was a plan to adjust what would be considered a vegetable but ketchup never actually was part of the list of proposals. Pickle relish was actually part of the proposal, but that is much closer to what it is derived from (an actual vegetable, the cucumber) than ketchup, which is derived from tomatoes, and those are fruits, not vegetables.

I'm 5"2, ten years younger than Chris, and I've struggled with my weight since I was 16. I did lose it at one point and I do fluctuate. But I try to do my martial arts classes at least 4 nights a week, 6-8 hours a week and I try to eat healthy. I have a sweet tooth but I do my best to cut it out and don't eat fast food very much. You're doing good, bro. Chris ensures that.
