Much needed therapy session 😇 whilst agree with Mohammed pressure seems evident at the end of both games.. but our game management suffers without Saliba which brings on the pressure far more…not Holding’s fault, it’s just the different levels both operate at! Also agree, the subs made no sense.. particularly replacing Odegaard for Vieira.. and not replacing Trossard for Saka?! We have to keep backing the team and see where the final chips fall ✌️
For quite some time - it's been about getting wins against the rest & getting results against Liverpool, City & Newcastle. The only thing the result against West Ham has done is mean that Arsenal now need to get a result & a win out of the City & Newcastle games, while winning all the rest. If they can do that - nothing any other team can do about it! If that doesn't focus the mind nothing will
Sorry I missed it live lads. Work had me busy. Saka's Miss was devastating. He was poor all day. Defensively with the exception of Gabriel we were lackluster at best. But I don’t get those subs at all. We Needed a goal. Jesus has 4 goals in three games and you take him off. Why take off Martinelli and leave in Saka? Why wait until 90 seconds to go to bring on the back up No.9? 🤷🏾♂ Two weeks in a row piss poor in game managment from MA. He has to step it up, be more aggressive and stop playing favourites if we are going to win this!
Big up tha bois 👊🏽 Yes, we deffo need to pull in some favours now. However i'm hopeful we will get them. I cant see us beating Newcy and Brighton easily! Maybe Leeds can do sumat at Etihad? Lets beat Southampton and go from there 👍🏼 coyg! Get the Subs up peeps
I'm not losing faith...I always think we'll win the league every year until its mathematically impossible...I just checked and this year its definitely still possible at this point 😂
First sorry missed this live and did tom get the email and attached doc. Moh is half right and wrong we didn’t feel the pressure at the start of the game because you don’t start the game like we did if your under pressure. However, the blistering start alongside the booing by their own fans caused us to slip into complacency and they got a foothold in the game. Once that happened we struggled to get back that level then we started feeling the pressure. As for the substitutes Jesus has only been back for a short time and gets kicked a lot. So maybe just precautionary removing him the partey again manage fitness and then also was probably suffering a bit from the poor moments he had. Tierney also is probably precautionary no zinchenko and we need to keep tierney fit just in case zinny out longer. The esr one maybe explainable as well he’s just got fit from long term injury and Nelson and vieira maybe ahead in pecking order on fitness and availability over the season reasons and nothing more. Lastly the team are still in charge of their own destiny. We win against Southampton get a point and win the rest of our game the titles ours that’s going on the assumption that city don’t drop more points other than against us. However, a possible 8 games in may will test them to their fullest. As for arteta he has got us where we are yes mistakes have happened and hopefully he will learn from them but we aren’t out of the title race and it’s not over so let’s enjoy the ride until end of season. Let’s also remember win Friday tottenham can’t catch us and cl mathematically achieved so one less monkey off our back. We won’t have bottled the title this season if we lose to city as this is a team that has one of if not the best manager of all time they have one of the best teams in premier league history who have won this title 4 out last five years and let’s remember they are still on course for a treble and three peat of league titles and can top 93 points so whatever we do it will be an achievement, there may be jubilation or heartbreak for us but let’s enjoy the rollercoaster of emotions we will experience in next few weeks and believe in arteta and the team
@@dalmarcampbell1148 really so if we lose to city and lose the title we bottle it. Damn I’m glad I don’t have your pea size intellect. Bottling it would be having a twenty point gap and losing title. Secondly i am not making excuses because the titles still In our hands and I believe we will still win it. Grow some balls believe in the team and don’t be a sandman that crumbles and criticises the moment things get a bit real
Tom is a bit delusional complaining about losing key players. It happens to every team. Also our january was ok but nowhere near good enough for a team going for their first title in 19 years. Take trossard out and we had a shocking window. Arteta doesnt even trust Jorginho and Kiwi to come in on the difficult games.
He also said we should apologise to Rob Holding after the Palace win just because fans expressed that he isn't good enough. Holding has yet to prove anyone wrong just because he a good game against a side in the bottom half
I didn’t think last season’s top 4 collapse would happen again but it has all the progress made this season has gone down the drain if we’ve blown the title race at the final hurdle.
On his own show 'Teacher' Tom literally laughed at a question which was "should we replace Arteta with an elite manager if we don't win the title". However its clear that once again injuries have and are scuppering our season and that Arteta is still making season defining mistakes with his transfers. The players are doing their best, there is no lack of effort. But they are being let down by the manager and Edu. Tom says its bad luck that we lost key players.......its not bad luck, its bad recruitment. I remind him that we failed to get Fresneda in Jan but still let our third choice right back go.... another poor decision. So I'm sorry Lev, if you can't understand why people would still want the manager gone, then we will have to agree to disagree. I've been won over by Arteta, but you have to look at the end results. Post fa cup win we have won nothing and our form in the cups has been appalling
Unfortunately there's a big problem with your argument. It's called working within a management teams mandate. - budget responsibility, short medium & long term planning. Market availability and opportunity within that framework. If you ignore that then of course you can come up with all sorts of distortions in likelihood. Without the possibility of gaining the proof that your solution would definitely work. It's easy being an armchair critic & saying it's not good enough he should be replaced. Your not the club owner with the purse strings and the big say
@Fuzzy Wuzzy You are right ......the possibilities are endless. There is only one certainty, and that is what has happened.....early exits in all the cups in recent seasons, including losing to Championship sides, coming eighth, and eighth, blowing last season and bottling this season and winning nothing despite spending a lot if money. With all your talk of frameworks etc you would think were Brighton......we are a big club with lots of money and we may need to move on from Arteta, and definitely move on from Edu. Personally would give Arteta another season after replacing Edu and having a Summer where we get our top transfer targets, something which I don't trust Edu to do
@@marksweet3580 it is irrelevant whether Arsenal are a big club or not. The past doesn't define the now. But I'll run with it - If money was no object if Arsenal don't have to operate within a framework because they are from history a big club and a certain player was the top target why was the money not put down to get the player?
@Fuzzy Wuzzy In the case of Caisedo, they didn't put the money down, not because they didn't have the money it was because they didn't want to upset Brighton, something I've never heard before. And the trouble with that deal was that we left it too late in the window.......when we did exactly the same in the Summer window with Luiz, talk about not learning from your mistakes.

Let’s be honest we are not going to win it. Even if we beat city I still can’t see it. We would do something stupid in the later games.
@Sweet Munchkin can’t sack manager he’s hit his target
Don’t think a new manager gets the best out of this group.
