    Guys another great show!
    Two questions to pundits:
    1. When our squad was ranked beginning of the season as 5th best.. unlikely to qualify for CL - how can this season be seen as anything other than exceeding expectations with some disappointment.
    2. If we have “bottled it”, what have other challengers done in recent seasons when City won titles with an injured Aguero & no striker last year.. whilst we lost the title to a City team with Halaand - pundits call as a generational talent?!

its been a great season. youngest team & manager in the league and pushing city to last 3 games.
summer we will shift out 4-5 mediocre players and bring in 3 top class players.
arsenal will be immense next 3-4 seasons!

City on the verge of a double/treble, Utd doing a potential domestic double, West Ham on the verge of a European trophy but our cult of positive fans at Arsenal think Arteta deserves MOTS

Thank you for the show, you have been missed. Im very disappointed with the season.....i never thought we would win the title, which is why i was so disappointed to see us throw away the cups, particularly the Europa League. Man City are a great side so it is no shame to finish second to them, but they were not in the Europa League and i dont see any team in that cup who are better thsn us, so going out when we did was a failure.
And I'm glad that Arteta doesn't have the same weak mentality as Tom in accepting failure and being happy with coming second.

You forget before the world cup we had another period of 4-5 games without a win otherwise we could have been 14 games clear instead of 7 going into the break.

arsenal were top of the table for 93% of the season . they are 1st,2nd &4th in premiere league history to spend most time at top of the table in 3 seasons & don't win it .. if this was tottenham or any other club .we would have called them bottlers. so we can't change the narrative now .. its a season of progression . but truth sounds bitter always .. acceptance is bliss.if u give it u gotta take it .

Not good enough. Edu out now. We need to shift out players like elnamy, holding viera, partey eddie, nelson. And we need to have 6 players of quality. They said champions league we get that we attract the players. lets see then. And is Arteta the man to take us to a title i doubt it. But we friends with Brighton so its ok

Yep, we didn't upset Brighton in January, and that was nice of us. And we are letting Xaka go for peanuts because he has been such a great servant. All too nice. Never mind upgrading players, we need to upgrade Edu. £50m of talent walking out on frees this Summer

I’m not one to call it a bottle job or arteta out after this season but in no way is this a successful season. It’s not a failure but it’s not a success either.

Biggest bottle job in years. 8point gap, sacrificed comps, just like leicster all the good teams have fell off. We bottled it facts. Arteta has done half a billion quid and has won one trophy with emry squad which he inherited 😂 until we get a top striker nothing will change. I’ll bet you right now jesus doesn’t get 20 pl goals next year. I’ll bet you right now we are back 4-6 next season. I see so many people oh I wouldn’t have signed isak. 2 months later if we should of brought him in 😂 fact is we have fake fan base who’s opinions changed because they don’t wanna ruin there relationship with the club and I respect that you put food on your table , let’s be honest our fan base don’t wanna win tho. Getting offended over the word bottle. Absolute muppets

Bad luck lads, it's not the fact that they didn't get 95 points and win but the delusion is unreal here. It's how they collapsed when it really mattered. Liverpool went game for game, win for win til the last day with City, got 97 points, still lost but responded by miraculously beating Barcelona and winning the UCL, then came back and went for 26wins and 1 draw before losing a game to actually win it and then again walked City down from several points behind while competing in every single available football match that year in 4 competitions and went within 5 minutes of winning the Prem on the last day. It is incomparable what they did and what this Arsenal team have done. You got out fast and then completely crumbled when it mattered most winning just 2 of their last 7 games when the pressure finally came. That is the exact opposite.

This is a prime example of cherry picking reasons to justify an argument. Liverpool had throughout most of that season all their players available plus they were a lot matured in their stage of development. Additionally that Liverpool team was far ahead in quality than this Arsenal team, we're still getting there when we go out and strengthen this window.

@The Gooner Talk That's down to Edu and Arteta for not ensuring they had adequate cover.
