Right off the bat your start box/temp. control unit is fried. There is $1000 right away to fix that. The "wait" light doing a quick flash when turned to run is the reason. That truck won't start when it gets cold.

Not sure his box is fried. If he has been running it and it's up to temp the light will just flash like that for a second since the cylinders are already warm. Mine does same exact thing!

Hate to break it to you pal. It's an M1123 not M9624. The Odometer is not always correct. They replace the speedo's all the time. Can I ask that you actually try to do research on a vehicle before trying to sell it at a ridiculous price?
