Most of hans zimmer soundtracks are powerful, the fact is the more I listen to them the more great they become, they are like a room for me, I fill it up with memories whenever I listen to the music, I can return to the room with just one touch, I find this very interesting too.
Yup, the actual huge, infamous climax you normally hear only happens at the very end of the movie, in which all the dream levels collapse, from getting out of Limbo, to the snow fortress exploding, etc.
@@Dinesh_r99 Yeah I agree... Lorne Balfe is the friend and almost-student of Hans Zimmer, so his compositions are really great but will never beat our Zimmer (sorry if I do mistakes, I usually talk in French 😂)
I feel like this would have fit so well in Titanic, particularly the scenes after the grand staircase dome implosion, where the ship starts its final plunge and breaks in two
Now that you mention Titanic, I remember the first time watching Inception was after the 2012 re release of Titanic. When I was hit with that opening shot of Cobb waking up on the shore I thought I was watching the Titanic sequel.
I think the “best part” you’re referring to is found on the soundtrack version of Dream Is Collapsing. This is the film version and it cuts off as soon as Cobb is given the kick.
4:19 perfection at its finest
+Lrdvltr Same.
This music sends shivers down my spine
claotid no
Man idk why but it feels for me like the begging of time. Like everything was a dream and I’m waking up and it feels like I’m god
11 years later this July. Holds
Up well. One of the best films of the 2010s and easily one of my favourite films of all time.

"That you are here to steal from me; or that we are actually, ASLEEP."
Ben Curtin that part always sends goosebumps down my spine😆 ahh it's so good
Honestly, i have never found a better piece than this
I listen to this before going to bed; I've got some hidden deep childhood memories to pull out and settle a score with, so I can move on with my life.
EDIT: it actually worked; I unlocked a key portion of my past. This soundtrack is frick'n powerful!

"That you're here to steal from me or that we're actually asleep"..chills after that!
It’s a crime that the score for The Social Network won over this masterpiece for Best Original Score
Simmmmm, eu tava pesquisando, e vi que ela não ganhou
Yeah, when has the academy made very good decisions?
@@BrandonGavin_EDC Heath Ledger winning Best Supporting Actor for The Dark Knight
@@richos07 yeah but their best picture record sucks since about 1990.

I still cannot believe I uncovered a key portion of memory from my childhood using this track.
This is powerful music.
Hans Zimmer is a legend
👌
I also cannot believe that you did that.
The best part 4:19 until the end.. I love it.
Very hard election but.. this movie is the christopher nolan TOP 1 . Brutal combo with Hans Zimmer too.
Yeah I mean just look at the killer cast haha. Even Ken Watanabe is here like Jesus
I don't think a movie like this comes every 10 years. May be 20 years. I've seen it a lot of times to comprehend the firepower. Just an opinion
I think Interstellar is better, but the gap is microscopical
Yeah Inception is an amazing film, probably my favorite as well.
Interstellar, Memento, The Dark Knight and The Prestige are great contenders. Very hard election agreed
2022, still awesome
that's the best original score, bro
4:20 when you start to understand the Laplace transform
I thought you said lapdance and I was about to laugh.
2:43 to 3:43 just amaaaazing .reallyy im waiting for this 😍😍
This version left out the main, biggest, best impact in the entire song...
+Matt Mansour This was the actual movie version of the piece. Sometimes the OSTs leave those versions off the score for some reason.
Yup, the actual huge, infamous climax you normally hear only happens at the very end of the movie, in which all the dream levels collapse, from getting out of Limbo, to the snow fortress exploding, etc.
YES, and they actually STOPPED IT RIGHT BEFORE THAT, this kinda made me mad
🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅😅 Thats True brother 🤔😪😅😂
2021
I still love this
1. right click on video
2. press loop
3. wait for video to end
Dreams feel real....
Anyone still listening in 2021?
“What are you doing it’s too soon”
Christopher nolan e Hans zimmer = perfeição
love this ost and this movie ❤

Awesome, it's just perfect.
what a masterpiece.
This is the best thing ive ever heard
You should listen to the main theme of Mission Impossible 6 by Lorne Balfe!
@@benja_max ya it’s fine too.. but this had a touch..

6:29 I wish this part lasted longer
Rae Dai hyjujuj
The only disappointment for this film;
it's not another hour or two longer.
I hope we get a super extended cut one day.
Mankind has progressed so much...
We will fight to the bitter depraved end
2.43 minutes - proper airport ambience👌
0:30 - 2:40
Is this done by Hans Zimmer, or did someone else take Dream is Collapsing and expand upon it?
Hans Zimmer composed it
This piece sounds a lot like the OST projections

4:20 I WANT TO BE ME, YOU GUYS SING THE P!NK SONG! 😡😡😡😡
You sang a second song! Zoe, it's your auditions and you messed up, I’m sorry
All that buildup and we don't get The Drop. Still pretty farking epic.
ruclips.net/video/Jx5KJQb0pDo/видео.html
Shorter version overall, but you get the Drop at 1:33.
I don't know why, but I have a feeling this would have been a great song to use in Titanic.
The opening scene made it look like a sequel to Titanic with Leo washing up on a shore
Inception for Sure , first choice most off all best choice !
