Heck yeah! Do you have a Channel too or an Insta account? I'd love to follow it. I got an 8 3/4vfoe this one I'll put in. If the 318 doesn't live it will get a 340
@@Nicksvintageiron I have this channel, I’m gunna make some videos on my car soon. I love the 340, it’s a little ripper. Good luck on the project, I’ll keep an eye out for future videos.
Saw your short video showing the Data plate. It was built in April 23, 1970. Cool! Funny because my Duster was built April 20, 1972. Two years and 3 days apart 😂
I got a 74 Duster, good to see another on the road again soon. Shocked it took him that long to sell it .I remember when he first made the video on that car, hope to see more of it soon good luck.
I own a 70 340 Duster that is hemi orange. I haven't come across a pink one in person in my area even at a car show or or meet so indeed I believe you may have found a rare one . Too bad it doesn't have all its original body panels but you can at least paint it the factory color. If it's not the original 318 perhaps you can drop a 340 in it now. Either way , great find and looking forward to seeing future videos of progress on this rare find. Thanks for sharing !
Awesome find! I have my 72 Duster 340 4 speed restored it in 95. It’s in TB3 Basin street blue V21 hood strobe option white 340 stripes with black bucket interior. Put right back to original. Your going to have fantastic ride when your finished doing yours.
I had a 1970 Plymouth Duster Back In 1974 A Graduation Present From High school It Was Lime Green It Ended Up Pear White A Slant six engine in it wish I still had it today yes yes pink Duster
If you plan on putting a big block 383 or 440 ci. You have to cut and lower the K-frame. It's a bitch to do and a 3-4 day job. I've done it 3 times. I won't do it again.
That will be a lot of work. Hopefully, you didn't pay much for it. You will dump a lot of money into this to make it look good. If the frame is all rotted, then I would just scrap it.
@@NicksvintageironI like the Panther Pink. I used to hate the Sub Lime Green but now that I'm older I like it too. Those colors made Molars flash back then.
Nice dude. Congrats. Really impressed with the condition of the rockers 😎
Thanks! 👍 it's too bad the floors didn't survive along eith the doors and fenders
From the front your ‘70 FM3 Duster looks like my ‘72 Duster in GF3 Amber Sherwood Metallic!😮
Nice! I have a 70 moulin rouge duster too. Originally a slant six car, now has a 340 4speed and 8 3/4

I wish it had the original doors and fenders. I did find out it's the numbers matching 318 so that's pretty cool. Your duster sounds like a sweet car!

Hell yeah! I was super close to buying a nice 72 TB3 blue demon but I waited to long and actually chris birdsong bought it.
Such a cool car!
I love the wheels. You don't see chrome slots in small bolt pattern every day!
Yeah they don't look bad. I'll try and shine them up but I probably will run cragars or mag slots
SSSSIIIKK!! PANTHER PINK🤙🤙🤙🤙❤️🏁🏁🏁🇺🇸

I would of loved to be alive back when these cars were new
Can’t wait to see it in person!! Is there any idea of the production numbers for fm3??
From what I've seen around 400 pink dusters.
Not just a pink car but a pink Tesla? Wouldn't be caught anywhere near one!
I'll take my pink duster tho 😎
I recognize that place from junkerup!
Yep, that's Chris's good buddy. He's the one we got the trailer for
FM3 Panther Pink for Dodge Moulin Rouge for Plymouth.
That is correct

Yeah I'll never do that. Hot small block life

The frame rails are all good. It will need a quarter panel and a full floor pan
Who would buy a pink car? Who would paint it Pink? DODGE 😂
Like that? Lol
