Dr V. I've had multiple diagnostic / treatment injections (bilateral: SI, lumbar facets, medial branch blocks, epidurals, superior cluneal nerve, caudal) at a top ortho hospital in NY. And also bilateral facet ablation because MRI shows severe lumbar facet arthritis L4, L5 SI. My bilateral pain is chronic (4 years) and STILL not diagnosed or treated. My pain 5/10 is bilateral and is located right under the PSIS 'dimples' on each side. Pushing in on these PSIS dimples strongly reduces the pain. Again SI procedures all have been negative. Pain with #1 sleeping/turning, walking, sitting, back bending and forward bending and twisting too. I also have a perthes left hip (limited extension and rotation) and a 2cm leg length discrepancy. Any ideas?
