Problem X uses so much OD Psycho Cruchers in neutral considering its a non-projectile match up. Its weird that other Bison players don't do that lets say against Guile
@@RedXStrider i get it what ure saying but see if done on read OD PC still punishes Guile. PX for some reason does it against Cammy but rarely vs any projectile character
