Great job guys- looks perfect. One thing which would made a huge difference is a good quality soundbar. I highly recommend the Samsung HW-MS650 Sound+ Soundbar which is an older model but produces fantastic audio quality and good bass at a very reasonable price. Also, I have a similar tv cabinet to yours and found my brand new 2019 Days Of Play PS4 overheating in the small shelf below. It seems like there would be plenty of ventilation there but next time after a gaming session, feel the back of the console- mine was getting very, very hot so I always recommend placing it in a vertical position outside of any cabinet or shelf.

I own a condo but I am thinking of selling and buying a house This would be great for a basement family room. I love the tv size, I don’t do gaming, but I do enjoy movies. Dude doesn’t matter if the Tv is 240hz Ps4 is locked at 60hz aswell as the sports you watch . Best to connect a PC to the tv if you want high refresh or better yet just wait for the ps5.

Those two stools and table next to the TV trigger me, there is no space to get on either stool. Get rid of one. Also it's pretty narrow so if I did want to use it there wouldn't be much space between the wall and me, and half that tight space is being taken by a plant. Also upgrade your sound, audio quality is MUCH more important than picture quality.
I also don't understand the mini half table there. If you're eating there you're staring at the wall and can't watch the TV. Just impractical and crunched right next to the TV. Most 660 sq ft apts come with a dining room space. They have a desk already. I don't know what that mini table is actually for? Decoration? They should get rid of it, it'll open up the space. Less clutter.
What's up with that console table with the 2 bar stools next to the big ass tv? Do you ever sit on that table? Judging from your past vids, you always struck me as minimal kind of guy but with this one, you seem to trying to fill the space up for the sake of filling it up.
