Matt Groom is epic, when you watch comps in other languages you get to see the difference between a good commentator and bad ones. Keep it up man! You are an IFSC asset!
Ayala had a super impressive performance in the boulders being the only woman to top all four! Really proud of you and I hope more Israelis get to know you and watch you

Great setting - I thought the problems were super interesting and challenging. A couple of things… 1) Laura Rogora… who is looking out for her? Is there a body within the IFSC that deals with dysmorphia & eating disorders?? She appears to literally be wasting away 😢 ( but crazy drop knee, girl!!!) 2) Matt, I love you, man… but where’s the “E” in AYALA??? Surely it’s A-YAH-LA, not A-YELLA? 😉😉😉
She’s always been like that. If that’s her physique, in which she feels strong and is able to compete at high levels, what is the need for such cruel comments?
@@vittorioviti1994 yes she is always been like but that doesn't mean she is not underweight and most likely anorexic for years now. Of course she is an incredible athlete and showed a great performance - we all agree. But it doesn't change the fact that she has an anorexic appearance and is both risking her own health for the sake of being successful and she's being a bad role model for others ..especially young people who look up to her or want to be successful in the sport. Also as long as the rules are not getting stricter other athletes (especially for lead) might try as well to drop weight dramatically low. In the end it's both destroying the sport and is a huge safety concern

As much as I agree that Laura Rogora looks worryingly skinny, I don't agree with any blanket rule that ban athletes purely based on their BMI. She could be having some actual health condition that's out of her control that prevents her from gaining weight instead of any eating disorder, in which case it'd be unfair to punish her because of her weight.
I can't understand people who are great with Laura. She looks absolutely sick. It's absolutely shocking. This poor girl. And nobody helps her. She needs a therapy, not a climbing competition! No other climber looks like this. IFSC is irresponsible! When do they finally wake up??? I hate it...
Laura's beta on the fourth boulder was really impressive!!
honestly this was more fun than having the usual gang there
so why are the big athletes nor participating tho??

Yup can do
What was the issue with W1 start that the judge kept calling them off for??????
At 8:05 Matt says its due to the screw hole on the black hold
@@ClimbingRocksAU I think that rule is complete Bull. If that is a problem, set it differently, It's basically officials hamstringing great athletes.

How come Israel participates in a European competition?
Australia participates in the Eurovision song contest. It is all about the heart!

It's the same in other sports. For example, the Israeli national football team belongs to UEFA.

Don't you worry. Laura has lots of people around her who care about her.
Laura has always been like that and has a professional diet and training team.
Why are there four white squares next to each surname?
It should show the zones or tops for the climbers but those graphics were not working
that appeal is lame
