Designer in residence: Deborah Garcia

Deborah Garcia is an architectural designer, storyteller, and educator. Her work focuses on the relationship between sound and architecture through the design of sonic tools and spaces for togetherness. Her most recent project, RECORDAR, is a 9-foot multi-channel sound tower that brings together elements of furniture, architecture, and sound technologies to create an opportunity for deep listening.
