Aerin is not 18, she is 52. I think just by the sheer relation to Estee Lauder makes her legendary. I completely understand your view. She was 18 when she began working at Estee Lauder. She later founded her own company, "Aerin" and is on the Forbes 400 list of richest Americans.
I love Aerin's traditional and elegant style.
