For anyone coming in that's just seeing this here's my ingredient list for 2 people. 10 servings for easy measuring, 172 cal 16c 3.4f 22.9p for each serving. 576g raw chicken breast 152g honey corn flakes Kellogg 149 g eggs 136g Franks red hot wings buffalo 32g good & gather organic honey
Didn't use all the eggs. 2 eggs would be plenty maybe even 1, honey corn flakes really didn't make it taste much different but they are the same cal as normal so go for it.
Can you give an example of how you found the macros for this, because I want to apply the method so I can find servings size, serving amount, fats, carbs, and protein for every meal I create
Rem, your channel has changed my whole perspective on food. I'm currently eating at maintenance which is 1800 cal and I'm currently burning fat through swimming about an hour and a half per day which allows me to eat at a deficit. Intermittent fasting has been a game changer for me and this kind of diet satisfies my cravings. I eat your recipes almost every day. I don't even like eating fast food anymore. It has eliminated my cravings and I've saved so much money by eating this way. Thank you!
Rem I've lost weight before, but eventually gained it back due to unsustainability and inconsistency in my diet. I'm now down 42lbs from 210 and I get to eat whatever I want, just the anabolic version of course. By far the best relationship I've had with food and I appreciate your content so much. Just made these. I used about a cup and a half of crushed cornflakes and 1 egg. They were super crispy out the oven and tasted really good. I made them plain without the sauce so they were even more low calorie. Highly recommend
Made this meal but instead of corn flakes I used plain lightly salted rice cakes to accommodate and omfg it was hella delicious! I also purchased 2 boxes of Anabar and omfg bruh, I couldn’t contain myself with them lol I bought the strawberry cup cake and the chocolate monster one and devoured both boxes within 3 days 😆 I’m still dropping weight tho. From 215 down to 188 and 193 but feeling good and smashing the weights in the gym! Keep dropping gems 💎 Much appreciated 🎉

As someone who hates chocolate and has a hard time finding decent tasting protein bars I absolutely LOVE anabars. I can eat them non stop. It genuinely tastes like I'm cheating on my diet but the macros line up with what I need. Sitting back with a glass of fat free fairlife and a few bars at the end of the day is just great

These look amazing but I'm curious how you calculated that the entire recipe only has 4g of fat? One egg has 5g of fat and 1 lb. of chicken breast still has 10-15g of fat even after the excess fat has been trimmed.
Rem I rarely comment but I had to say I got the strawberry frosted cupcake anabar and it’s easily the best tasting protein bar i’ve ever had. I hate regular protein bars so i was skeptical but this blew me away.

- 448g Chicken Breast (cut up)
- 1g Garlic Powder
- 2g Paprika
- 1g Cayenne Powder
- 1g salt
- 1g black pepper
- 70g Corn Flakes (crushed)
- 1g Paprika
- 1g Cayenne Powder
- 3 eggs
- 15g Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Air Fry at 400 Degrees for 13-15 minutes
Sauce
- 100g Buffalo Sauce
- 21g Honey
