But, we also see that attention to detail (no lights inside the tunnel), lane discipline (that reckless motorcycle driver who was overtaking the truck inside the tunnel nearly got smashed by an oncoming truck in a head on collision) are as good as ever. You can have all the infra development you want but if people do not change their tuccha mental attitude when it comes to these matters, ask yourself how realistic it is to speak of Viksit Bharat by 2047.
