Resistance Bands ONLY Workout For Muscle At Home (Does This Work?)

- Working out from home may not seem like the best way to workout to build muscle. When you think of building muscle, you think of all the gym equipment that you can use to work all your muscle groups.
Lucky for you, there are ways to build muscle from home…and all you need are some resistance bands.
You are going to do 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each of these exercises.
Here are the exercises in this resistance bands only workout for muscle at home:
Exercise #1: BANDED CHEST PRESS
Exercise #2: BANDED TRICEP PUSHDOWNS
Exercise #3: BANDED REAR DELT FLYES
Exercise #4: BANDED BICEP CURLS
Exercise #5: BANDED SQUATS
Get yourself some resistance bands, and give this workout a try from home. You are going to build muscle from home with only a set of resistance bands.

Watch your bands. If they look worn, they will snap. Be careful.
Definitely worth doing
You can do deadlifts in place of squats which will then allow you to use heavier resistance right from the start. Note: Deadlifts work best with the closed loop bands but I think they can be achieved with the tubes by doubling them up. You will not need as much resistance either if you are doubling up.

I remember a Senator from Nevada used those bands and it BROKE his FACE
Broke my hip in 4 places, where a band snapped, dont reccomend them

@@1fortune2010 yeah had em up 2 years & had them through metal ring, instead of anchor, so my own fault
Man,..that had to hurt. Sorry to read that this happened to you!!! In all of my 15 years of resistance band training I have only had two snaps and that was from BodyLastics tubes. Never on closed loops....but now I have switched to all 100% Silicone Closed loop bands anyway and they are more resistant to outside forces like humidity, dryness or body oils etc. Will eventually be switching to 100% steel springs after I get a couple of particular target exercises dialed in to the way I like them.
