The class size you looked up refers to the size of the whole batch for a particular year. That means there would be ~1300 students in the Class of 2024, for example. Popular introductory courses like Intro to CS are the largest with around 100+ students in the lecture hall, but still smaller than similar classes at bigger Ivies and state schools. There might be time for questions built into the lecture or they used the chat feature while classes were online. Even in lecture-based classes, you usually have "precepts" (smaller group meetings for problem solving) or labs - maybe not directly with the Professor but with a TA (Teaching Assistant, who are mostly grad students). Higher level classes get progressively smaller and you get more interaction, and besides that there are seminar-style classes that may have only ~10 students. You can also interact with professors and/or TAs outside of class during scheduled Office Hours. The student:faculty ratio at Princeton is 5:1 according to US News.
