Have this problem on both Windows/Google and Lenovo/Firefox. All settings are correct. Still doesn't work. Suspect it is a Facebook Issue. Works on Messenger.
Just go with the basic steps as well..Hardware testing, Change browser etc. There are lots of ways you can test and then come to conclusion that it's not working.

Messanger Application works but not the Messanger browser
means meessanger working fine but browser has some issue. Please run messanger in new browser with not extension installed

Are you using a chrome browser on windows pc?

If its a browser then instruction given in video. IF it's app then check in app settings.
